Purpose: To investigate the value of 3D-CISS sequcnce in diagnosing ventricular and cisternal system diseases.

目的：探讨3D-CISS序列诊断脑室、脑池系统疾病的价值。

Materials and Methods: Comparetive study between 2D - SE sequence and 3D-CISS sequence was made for lesions detection and diagnostic accuracy in 8 cases of intraventricle and 12 cases of cisternal diseases.

材料和方法：对照分析8例脑室和12例脑池占位病变的常规SE序列和3D—CISS的检出率和诊断正确率。

Results:CT scans of 68 cases with DAI of early phase showed one or more small hemorrhagic lesions at white matter 49 cases(including cerebral hemisphare 37 cases,based node 4,copus collosum 6,brain stem 2),SAH 17,interventricular hemorrhage 5, and brain swelling 58 cases.

结果：脑白质内单发或多发小出血灶49例(大脑半球37例，基底节区4例，胼胝体6例，脑干2例)，蛛网膜下腔出血17例，脑室出血5例，弥漫性脑肿胀58例。

Methods: 30 adul male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into model group and control group. The rats were injected into lateral ventricle with coriaria lactone (50g/kg). The sections of the brains were processed by immunochemistry with antibodies against SYN and GFAP.

成年健康雄性SD大鼠30只，随机分为模型组及对照组，采用马桑内酯(50g/kg)侧脑室注射法建立急性癫痫动物模型，应用免疫组织化学方法观察癫痫持续状态下SYN和GFAP的表达。

In the present study,in order to explore the roles of estrogen and progestin in epilepsy and elucidate their mechanisms of action, we utilized animal seizure models induced by intracerebroventricular coriaria lactone and intraperitoneal bemegride, studied the effects of estrogen and progestin on central nervous system functions in behavior,electrophysiological,cellular,molecular and gene levels by means of neuroelectrophysiology, flow cytometry, high performance liquid chromatography, immunocytochemical and in situ hybridization techniques.

为了探索雌、孕激素在癫痫发病中的作用，阐明其作用机制，本工作分别以马桑内酯侧脑室注射致痫、贝美格（Be腹腔注射致痫大鼠为实验对象，采用神经贫血电生理、流式细胞美白免疫荧光、高效液相色谱、美白免疫细胞化学、原位杂交早泻技术，从整体、行为、细胞、分子以及基因水平研究发现了雌、孕激素对大鼠中枢神经贫血系统功能的影响。
