Methods :25 cases of traumatic hydrocephalus were analysed retrospectively.Among them,3 cases showed brain contusion,4 with subrarchnoid hemorrhage,5 with subdural effusion,2 with epidural hematoma,1 with subdural hematoma,1 with fracture of skull,3 with malacia lesions,3 with cerebral infarction,and 2 with cerebral hernia.The other 3 cases were not associated,with intracranial traumatic anomaly.

回顾分析25例外伤性脑积水，其中分别伴颅脑损伤有3例脑挫伤、4例蛛网膜下腔出血、5例硬膜下积液、1例颅骨骨折、3例脑内软化灶、3例脑梗塞、2例硬膜外血肿、1例硬膜下血肿、2例脑疝(大脑镰下疝及钩回疝各1例)，另3例颅内未见外伤性异常改变与其并存。

Precentral gyri thickness more big postcentral gyri in 93 cases.The mean ratio of percentral/postcentral gyri was 1.736 for left hemisphere and 1.652 for right hemisphere.The superior frontal sulci with precentral sulci intersect in 80 cases.At 31 with brain lesion's patients,MR findings with clinical symptom had same location in the brain gyri.

结果 明确判定中央沟位置98例，中央前回的厚度大于中央后回的93例，中央前回与中央后回厚度之比左侧半球：1.736，右侧半球：1.652；额上沟与中央前沟相交的80例，31例患有脑内疾病的磁共振影像病变的位置与临床神经定位是相一致的。

Right postcentral gyrus of frontal lobe(BA2,BA1),left inferior frontal gyrus (BA47),postcentral gyrus(BA43),right inferior parietal lobule(BA40),left superior temporal gyrus(BA22) and right insular(BA13) were evoked by twisting Shenmen point; But there were not evoked by acupuncture at nonpoint.

4神门穴主要激活了右侧额叶的中央后回BA2、BA1，左侧额下回BA47和中央后回BA43，其次为右侧顶叶的顶下小叶BA40，左侧颞叶的颞上回BA22，右侧脑岛BA40；而假穴没有激活脑功能区。

5刺激神门穴主要激活了右侧额叶的中央后回BA2、BA1，左侧额下回BA47和中央后回BA43，其次为右侧顶叶的顶下小叶BA40，左侧颞叶的颞上回BA22，右侧脑岛BA40；而非捻转刺激神门穴没有激活脑功能区。

RESULTS: Compared with patients in the non-AD group, those in the AD group showed decreased cerebral glucose metabolism mainly in the temporal and frontal lobes and the limbic system in the right cerebral hemisphere and the inferior frontal gyrus and precentral gyrus in the left cerebral hemisphere, and increased cerebral glucose metabolism mainly in the temporal and occipital lobes in the right cerebral hemisphere and the parietal and occipital lobes and limbic system in the left cerebral hemisphere.

结果： 抑郁焦虑组与非抑郁焦虑组比较，脑葡萄糖代谢下降的脑区集中于右侧大脑半球，主要位于颞叶、额叶及边缘系统，左侧大脑半球较少，主要位于额下回和中央前回；脑葡萄糖代谢升高的脑区集中于右侧大脑半球的颞叶、枕叶和左侧大脑半球的顶叶，枕叶及边缘系统。

Comparison results revealed that there was significantly reduced functional connectivity in the left posterior cingulate cortex, vbilateral anterior cingulate cortex, bilateral medial prefrontal cortex, left parahippocampal cortex in MHE patients, while functional connectivity increased in the right precuneus.

但与正常对照组相比，MHE患者大部分脑缺省模式网络脑区功能连接降低，包括：左侧后扣带回、双侧前扣带回、双侧额中回、左侧海马旁回；而右侧楔前叶的功能连接较正常对照组升高。
