The incidence of early epileptic seizures after intracerebral hemorrhage was high. The cortical hemorrhage and the medical history of intracerebral hemorrhage, electrolyte disbalance were the important related factors for the incidence of early epileptic seizures after intracerebral hemorrhage. The cortical hemorrhage was the independent risk factor.

目的：本课题旨在对脑出血患者血肿周围组织细胞凋亡和凋亡调控基因Bcl -2、Bax表达情况的观察。探讨中医出血中风闭脱证与细胞凋亡及Bcl-2、Bax表达的关系，及细胞凋亡与出血量、临床神经功能缺损积分的关系，从而探讨细胞凋亡在脑出血后继发性神经细胞损伤中的作用，为中医微观辨证提供分子生物学水平的依据，为探索中西医结合治疗脑出血的新途径提供理论指导。

132 patients with PICH between June 1999 and June 2001 in the Tongji Hospital were included in the present study. Patients with hemorrhage secondary to traumatism, brain tumor, thrombolytic treatment, vascular malformation or with hemorrhagic infarction were excluded.

结果：对照组、脑出血组和脑出血＋尼莫地平治疗组3组大鼠的室性早搏分别为(0.3±0.5)万个/d、(1.4±1.6)万个/d和(0.7±0.7)万个/d，尼莫地平治疗组与对照组比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05)，上述2组与脑出血组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05、P＜0.01)。

结果 32例偏侧舞蹈症病例中脑梗死23例(腔隙性脑梗死22例，大面积脑梗死1例)，脑出血9例(丘脑少量出血8例，基底节区大量出血1例)；脑卒中后24h与1周内出现偏侧舞蹈症症状分别为27例和5例；应用氟哌啶醇治疗后症状消失27例。

Resalt In these cases, the positions of hemorrhage of 64 patients were in lobe of brain; that of 33 patients was in basal ganglia; that of 29 patients was in cerebral ventricle and that of 9 patients was in cerebellum.

结果脑叶出血64例，基底节区出血33例，脑室出血29例，小脑出血9例DSA正常55例（占40.7％），异常80例（占59.3％），其中烟雾病43例、动-静脉畸形29例、动脉瘤6例、动-静脉瘘2例。8例复发性脑出血中DSA正常5例。
