Abstract〕 Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine ancient compound prescription Memory-Enhancing Decoction and optimized MED on memory improvement of dysmnesia animal, and verify the promotion of optimized MED on the expression of learning and memory molecular switch CREB gene.

作者：吴正治李映红李明陈嫚茵杨敏目的：研究中药古方强记汤及天然脑活素对记忆障碍动物模型在记忆改善方面的作用效果；并运用转基因技术进一步验证天然脑活素对学习记忆分子开关 CREB 基因表达的促进作用。

Methods the spf mice were treated with med or optimized med in dose of 29.3 g/kg and 18.6 g/kg per day respectively by intragastric administration for five days continuously. and then, the various dysmnesia mouse models were prepared respectively with scopolamine (3 mg/kg), cycloheximide (120 mg/kg) by intraperitoneal injection and 40% alcohol (0.1 ml/10 g body weight) by intrag astric administration on the sixth day.

将强记汤及天然脑活素分别以 29.3 g/kg和 18.6 g/kg 的量每日经口灌胃给予 spf 级小鼠，连续 5 d，第 6 天给药 1 h 后制备成记忆障碍模型，第 7 天给药 0.5~1 h 后分别用跳台法和避暗法测试记忆成绩；另用不同剂量（50 g/ml 和 150 g/ml）天然脑活素水煎液处理大鼠大脑 b104 cns 神经细胞，以荧光素酶方法检测 creb 表达水平。

Methods The SPF mice were treated with MED or optimized MED in dose of 29.3 g/kg and 18.6 g/kg per day respectively by intragastric administration for five days continuously. And then, the various dysmnesia mouse models were prepared respectively with Scopolamine (3 mg/kg), Cycloheximide (120 mg/kg) by intraperitoneal injection and 40% alcohol (0.1 mL/10 g body weight) by intrag astric administration on the sixth day. Next day, memory result was estimated by using Step-down Test and Dark-avoiding Test after the mice were administered for half or an hour.

将强记汤及天然脑活素分别以 29.3 g/kg和 18.6 g/kg 的量每日经口灌胃给予 SPF 级小鼠，连续 5 d，第 6 天给药 1 h 后制备成记忆障碍模型，第 7 天给药 0.5~1 h 后分别用跳台法和避暗法测试记忆成绩；另用不同剂量（50 g/mL 和 150 g/mL）天然脑活素水煎液处理大鼠大脑 B104 CNS 神经细胞，以荧光素酶方法检测 CREB 表达水平。

结论熟地黄对于化学药品所致记忆障碍模型小鼠具有增强其学习记忆和空间记忆能力的作用，其作用机制可能与改善中枢胆碱能神经系统功能，降低脑内Al3 含量，保护脑组织及维持脑内Glu/GABA的正常水平有关。

Results The negative correlations were found on the Glasgow Outcome Scoreto the items such as conscious state at admission,Glasgow Coma Score,psychiatric symptoms,hemiplegia,Babinski sign,abnomal degree of Electroencephalogram,focal lesions found by neuro-image investigation and mean peak flow velocityand pulsatility indexof basilar artery and vertebral arteries by transcranial Doppler ultrasonography investigation;The non-correlation was found on the Glasgow Outcome Score to theitems such as headache,febrile,epilepˉsia style,the involvement of cranial nerve,dystaxia,neck stiffness,Cerebrospinal fluid investigation and blood serum enzymology.

结果 入院时的意识状态、GCS、精神症状、偏瘫和/或偏身感觉障碍、巴彬斯基征以及脑电图异常程度、影像学所见的病灶范围、基底动脉和椎动脉的平均峰流速、脉动指数和Glasgow预后评分呈负相关；头痛、发热、癫痫类型、颅神经受累情况、共济运动、脑膜刺激征、脑脊液检查（含压力、蛋白定量、细胞数、HSV-PCR）以及血清酶学的变化和Glasgow预后评分之间无相关性。结论入院时的意识状态、GCS、精神症状、局灶性神经系统体征以及脑电图异常程度、影像学所见的病灶范围、后循环的血管痉挛程度和血流阻力等是影响病脑预后的主要因素。
