RESULTS In normal volunteers group, anisotropy measurements in white matter regions were significantly larger than that of gray matter regions, different white matter structures show different anisotropy degree, with the commissural neurofibers of white matter having the highest value, followed by projection fibers and association fibers.

结果 在正常组DTI显示灰质与白质区各向异性存在显著差异，不同部位的白质纤维束各向异性程度亦不相同，脑白质连合纤维各向异性程度最高，其次为脑白质的投射纤维，再次为联络纤维、丘脑、基底节区灰质核团等。

This result demonstrates that the complicative rate between cerebral infarction and myocardic infarction in RHRSP is relatively high.

本实验发现在38只脑梗塞的RHRSP中有20只合并心肌梗塞，并发率高达52.6%，表明RHRSP的脑梗塞和心肌梗塞的并发率相当高。

Methods The contusive and lacerated brain tissues 3 to 9 hours after TBI were collected, and the expressions of NGF protein of the aged group (≥ 60 years old) and young group (19 to 59 years old) were analyzed by immunohistochemistry and digital image analysis system, to determine the possible susceptibility differences in the expression of NGF protein between the two groups.

收集重型颅脑损伤开颅手术中的脑挫裂伤组织，应用免疫组化和医学数码图像分析技术，观察老年组（≥60岁）和青壮年组（19～59岁）病人脑损伤后3～9 h 脑挫裂伤组织NGF蛋白的表达差异。

Methods: The expression of Bcl-2 and flax protein in contusive and lacerated brain tissue (within 3 h to 9h after trauma) in aged group (≥60 years), adult group (19-59 years) and non-adult group (≤18 years) was analyzed and compared by immunohistochemistry method and computer micrograph analysis The temporal lobe samples of 15 patients with temporal epilepsy or vascular deformity were taken as control.

方法①建立大鼠自由落体打击脑损伤模型；②对不同损伤时间组的大鼠脑挫伤组织进行TUNEL、Caspase-3免疫组化、Feulgen's DNA染色，结合图像分析技术和统计学分析，探讨脑挫伤后神经细胞凋亡、DNA片段化和含量的时序性变化；③提取大鼠脑挫伤组织DNA进行琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析，观察DNA片段化随损伤时间的变化特点；④对117例颅脑损伤致死案例进行回顾性分析，探讨其法医学特点；⑤选择不同损伤时间的人脑挫伤组织同样进行TUNEL、Caspase-3免疫组化、Feulgen's DNA染色和分析，观察上述指标与损伤时间的关系。
