RESULTS:Naokangtai capsule improved the abilites of active and passive learning and memory remarkedly in the model mice with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,but there was no influence to the contents of MDA,SOD and MAO.In senile dementia mice induced by D-galactose,Naokangtai capsule possessed obvious effects of improving memory and spatial resolution and decreased contents of MDA and MAO in blood significantly.

结果：脑康泰胶囊显著增强脑缺血再灌注损伤模型小鼠被动和主动学习能力，但对血液MDA、MAO和SOD含量影响不显著；脑康泰除明显增强老年痴呆小鼠主动学习和空间分辨的能力外，还能显著降低小鼠血液中MDA和MAO水平。

The anterior part of Rolandic vein (n=1), Rolandic vein (n=3), the posterior part of Rolandic vein (n=2), straight sinus (n=1), straight sinus and sinus confluens (n=1) were embolized. On MRI, gyrus swelling, brain swelling or slight ventriculomegaly, and cerebral hemorrhage (n=2), subdural hemorrhage(n=2) were observed.

Rolandic静脉处栓塞3例，Rolandic静脉后栓塞2例，直窦栓塞1例，直窦和窦汇栓塞1例，MRI显示有不同程度脑回肿胀、脑肿胀或轻度脑室扩大，伴脑出血2例，硬膜下出血2例。

The positive production of ER, NGF and ChAT were detected in cirguli cortex, parieta lobe, frontal lobe, piriformis cortex and nucleus amydgaloideus corticalis, hippocampus gyrus fasciolaris, subiculum, CA2 and CA3, and mainly presented in nucleus medial septal, nucleus lateral septal and nucleus of diagonal band vertical division in septal-diagonal band area.

Methods Both conventional MRI and DWI were performed in 27 patients with superacute cerebral infarction. The MRI observations were carried out consecutively at acute (6-72 h), subacute (3-14 d) and chronic (15-30 d) stages to investigate the dynamic changes of the infarction. The change in signal intensity of the infarct lesions on DWI was observed.

3缺氧缺血10分钟、20分钟组：缺氧缺血后24小时脑内MMP9 mRNA阳性表达至最高峰，缺氧缺血10分钟组大量表达在端脑背外侧面皮质内，缺氧缺血20分钟组在端脑内侧面后份大脑纵裂旁周围皮质及背外侧面皮质内呈强阳性表达，少数纤维呈亦阳性染色。
