Objective To evalue clinical significance of 1H-MRS in differentical diagnosis and clinical assessment between radiation-induced brain injury and tumor recurrence.

目的 探讨氢质子磁共振波普(1H-MRS)在脑肿瘤放射治疗过程中，对放射性脑损伤和脑肿瘤复发的评估及两者鉴别诊断中的临床意义。

Week. Conclusions The S1 area brain glioma model established by this method in rats had the same characters as human brain glioma. The tumor growth period was short and the subsisting period was stable without extracerebral metastasis and extracranial extension. This model is suitable for laboratory and treatment study of brain gliomas.

该方法建立的S1区脑胶质瘤模型具备与人脑胶质瘤生长相似的特性，肿瘤形成时间短，生存期稳定，且无脑外转移和颅外扩散，适合各种脑胶质瘤实验治疗研究。

Except for classical regions involved in language actions, such as Wernicke and Broca areas, there appeared other activated cerebral regions, including cerebellum, limbic system and basal ganglial nucleus, etc. Various activation distribution patterns of cerebral regions were shared by every subject in both language tasks.

Objective To study the protective action of compound agent madeup with effective ingredients of Hirudo and Rhizoma chuanxiong and Folium Ginkgo in animal ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods To mix Hirudin extracts of Folium Ginkgo and Ligustrazine according2:25:5into asepsis injection,rats local cereˉbral ischemia induced by embolism of middle cerebral arterywas used as experimental model to study the efˉfects of the compound agent and positive control drug,Nimodipine and extracts of Folium Ginkgo on cerebral infarct size and neurological deficits.Disposing the experimental data with statisticsand comparing their otherness among difˉferent groups.

目的 探讨用中药水蛭、银杏、川芎的有效成分组成的复方制剂对动物局灶脑缺血的保护作用方法将水蛭素、银杏叶提取物、川芎嗪按2∶25∶5的比例制成无菌注射液，应用鼠大脑中动脉栓塞导致缺血性脑卒中的实验模型，并用生理盐水、尼莫地平和银杏提取物作对照，观察不同药物对脑缺血面积和由缺血造成的大鼠行为障碍的影响，将实验据用统计学处理并进行组间的差异性比较。

CTPI can evaluate the brain homodynamic of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion animal model in living state as a rapid, accurate, non-invasive method, show the cerebral infarction ischemic region's site, size, extent, and has important clinical value for the ultra-acute cerebral infarction to treatment and review.

第二部分CT灌注成像在超急性脑梗死实验中的诊断价值目的：应用CT灌注成像(CT perfusion imaging ，CTPI)技术，观察大鼠超急性脑梗死不同时间点脑血流动力学变化及半暗带(Ischemic penumbra ，IP)的演变，为临床早期诊断治疗提供依据和指导。

In this research, based on setting up the rat model of ischemic apoplexy successfully, we demonstrated there was down-regulation cerebral zone in its brain, which was manifested by hypoperfusion in the maginal and remote zone to infact area, hypoactivity of synapses and cerebral capillary endothelial cell to modulate microvascular.

结果 FLAIR共检出病灶1889个，常规T2加权像检出1343个，FLAIR显示病灶的轮廓更为清晰，病灶与正常脑组织的对比度更高，在显示脑皮层下、脑室旁病灶方面更有优势，可显示常规MR T2加权像未能显示的侧裂池及脑表面脑沟的小出血病灶，在诊断颅脑外伤及蛛网膜下腔出血方面具有明显的优势。
