宁脑汤对急性出血性中风患者的脑水肿有减轻作用，可以减少甘露醇的用量，从而降低了甘露醇的副作用，并且对血浆纤维蛋白原和C-反应蛋白含量变化及病情有影响，故使用宁脑汤有助于改善急性出血性中风患者的预后和疗效。

Results Both of MED and optimized MED improved the memory results about latent time and error frequency of dysmnesia mouse models significantly comparing with model control group (P nbsp; 0.01), and the improvement of optimized MED was more noticeable than that of MED (P nbsp; 0.01). Comparing with control group, optimized MED up-regulated the expression of CREB gene significantly (P nbsp; 0.01), and the effect had a dose response relationship.

结果：强记汤及天然脑活素水煎液对动物记忆障碍模型小鼠记忆成绩中的潜伏时间、错误次数与模型对照组比较均有统计学意义（P 0.01）；而且天然脑活素的改善效果明显优于原方（P 0.01）；不同剂量天然脑活素水煎液 CREB 表达水平与对照组比较有统计学意义（P 0.01），且有剂量反应关系。

There are relation between the volume of infarction and the damage of BBB after cerebral ischemia; The damage of BBB after cerebral ischemia have closely relations with the expression of transforming growth factor-betal , it pointed out that TGF-β〓, participated in the process of repairment of the damage of endotheliocyte of BBB.

为了证实穹窿下器在脑内免疫调节系统中的作用，在本研究当中，应用了NADPH-d的组化方法、TUNEL末端标记法、扫描及透射电镜方法、免疫组织化学的荧光双标法及激光扫描共聚焦显微镜技术，来研究在腹腔内给予大肠杆菌内毒素后，脑内的一氧化氮合酶细胞的变化、室管膜细胞的凋亡、早期即刻基因c-fos的表达与星形胶质细胞之间的关系，以及穹窿下器与其它脑区相比较时的特异性改变。

Transplantation of BMSCs in neonate rats at 24 hours after HIBD has the maximal long-lasting ethological improvement, which is induced by brain damage, and the mechanism may be that early transplantation with BMSCs reduces effectively neuron necrosis and apoptosis, and is helpful for the migration and differentiation of BMSCs.
