Results Both of MED and optimized MED improved the memory results about latent time and error frequency of dysmnesia mouse models significantly comparing with model control group (P nbsp; 0.01), and the improvement of optimized MED was more noticeable than that of MED (P nbsp; 0.01). Comparing with control group, optimized MED up-regulated the expression of CREB gene significantly (P nbsp; 0.01), and the effect had a dose response relationship.
