Mushroom bodies and antennal lobes in Oxycetonia jucunda were conspicuous. Calyces and lobes of the mushroom bodies.were much developed. In contrast, calyces of Ambrostoma quadriimpressum and Henosepilachna vigintioctomaculata were extremely undeveloped. However, the postretinal fibres and circumpharyngeal nerves of Ambrostoma quadriimpressum were highly developed. In the three beetles, 5-HT immunoreactivity was present in all neuropils of the brain and the suboesophageal ganglion. The pattern of 5-HT immunoreactivity and the localization of immunoreactive somata which often clustered into groups were similar among these beetles, while the immunoreactivity intensity was distinct, especially in the lamina.

结果显示，分类地位相近的三种甲虫脑结构大小相差悬殊：小青花金龟脑结构相对发达，蕈形体结构显著，具有发达的冠和叶，嗅叶发达；马铃薯瓢虫和榆紫叶甲的冠极度退化，嗅叶相对不发达；但榆紫叶甲具有十分发达的网膜后纤维和围咽神经。5-HT阳性纤维在三种甲虫的所有神经纤维网中几乎都有分布，且反应模式相似，但各神经纤维网特别是神经节层染色强度差异显著。5-HT阳性胞体有成群分布现象，且在三种甲虫脑中的空间分布位置基本一致。

Objective: To observe the motor function variation of focal cerebral ischemical reperfusion injury rats'limbs at different time. To observe the expression of PCNA and VEGF. To observe the effect to that index when electric acupuncture the"Quchi"and"Housanli". To observe the effect to the focal cerebral ischemical reperfusion injury rats, which are inject eNOS catastaltic, when electric acupuncture that two acupoints. Through observing of above all things , we study acupuncture's blood vessel regenerated effect to cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury region, approach the possibility of brain functional recovery angiogenesis which promoted by acupuncture, provide new consider and experiment accordings for deepening acupuncture therapy of the ischemia stroke.

研究目的：通过观察局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠不同时间点肢体运动功能的变化及损伤脑组织核心增长蛋白、血管内皮细胞生长因子的表达情况，电针&曲池&、&后三里&穴对以上各指标的影响、电针&曲池&、&后三里&对给予eNOS抑制剂对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的影响，研究针刺对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤区血管再生的作用，探讨针刺促进脑功能恢复的血管生成可能机制，为进一步深化针灸治疗缺血性中风的认识提供新的思路和实验依据。

Methods: 40 cases with acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups at random,that is, the test group which have 21 cases and the control group which have 19 cases. The change of encephaledema and cephalophyma , the content of CRP and FIB,Chinese medicine symptom integral and NIHSS scores were examined in different periods after taking ningnaotang. Results: Compared with the control group, the content of CRP and FIB in the test group are obviously lower than the control group on the fourth after hemorrhage.

对符合纳入标准的40例急性出血性中风患者随机分为实验组和对照组，比较实验组21例急性出血性中风病人与对照组19例病人的脑水肿、脑血肿的变化及血浆纤维蛋白原和C-反应蛋白含量，及中医症候积分、神经功能缺损评分等指标在口服宁脑汤后不同时期有无变化。

Compared focal mild hypothermia group rats with normothermia group rats, the former's water content and AQP4 of 3h ICH group rats' cephalophyma periphery showed no visibly changed, 6h ICH group rats and 24h ICH group rats visibly decreased, 72h ICH group rats obviously decreased.
