Results The expression level of VEGF mRNA was lower in DMCI group than that of NDMCI group at every time point (P.05 ～ 0.01). The expression level of FLK1 mRNA was lower (P.01) at 12 h after MACO in DMCI group than that in NDMCI group. Except for at 6 h, there was no significant difference between DMCI and NDMCI group in the expression level of FLT1 mRNA.

结果 DMCI组在脑缺血后各时间点脑缺血半暗带等值区VEGF mRNA的表达水平均显著低于NDMCI组（P.05～0.01），FLK1 mRNA 表达水平在脑缺血后12 h显著低于NDMCI组（P.01），FLT1 mRNA 表达水平在脑缺血后各时间点（除6 h）与NDMCI组差异无统计学意义。

Methods :25 cases of traumatic hydrocephalus were analysed retrospectively.Among them,3 cases showed brain contusion,4 with subrarchnoid hemorrhage,5 with subdural effusion,2 with epidural hematoma,1 with subdural hematoma,1 with fracture of skull,3 with malacia lesions,3 with cerebral infarction,and 2 with cerebral hernia.The other 3 cases were not associated,with intracranial traumatic anomaly.

Experiment conclusions ①The expression and activation of MARCKS and p-MARCKS were elevated in brain under the condition of acute ischemia, suggesting that over expression of MARCKS transudation pathway might play an important role in brain ischemia.②Treatment with Qingnao Pilular could inhibit the over expression and activation of MARCKS; MARCKS signal transduction pathway could be novel target for the treatment of acute ischemia.

2实验研究结论①在缺血易损区MARCKS及p-MARCKS表达与活化明显增强，提示MARCKS蛋白过表达和活化与脑缺血损害的发生密切相关；②清脑滴丸可以调节脑缺血易损区MARCKS的过表达与活化，MARCKS信号转导通路可能是脑缺血保护治疗的新靶点，为熄风清热、化痰活血法治疗急性缺血性脑血管病提供了一定的理论和实验基础。
