76 patients were divided into either the treatment group or the control group.The treatment group consisted of 44 patients who received mutine thempv(①rapid and adequate fluid resuscitation,④)rapid restoration of important organ circulation bv treatment with cardiovascular drugs,⑧early enteral nutritional support to protect gastrointestinal mucosal barrier.et al·+CVVH.The control group consisted of 32 patients who received only routine therapv.

回顾性分析76例严重脓毒症伴脓毒性休克患者，分为两组，常规综合治疗组32例，采用快速而充分的液体复苏、血管活性药物改善脏器灌注、早期肠道营养保护肠黏膜屏障等综合治疗；综合治疗+CVVH组44例，在常规综合治疗基础上加CVVH治疗。

Results Forty three cases were died from cerebral hernia before operation 1 week, in which 30 cases with bilateralis mydriasis, and the other 13 cases with half mydriasis. Twenty seven cases died from various complication during 2～3 weeks, in which 11 cases with pulmonary infection, 6 cases with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, 5 cases with acute renal failure, 3 cases with multiple organ failure, 1 case with heart failure, 1 case with metabolic disorder of body fluid.

结果术 脑疝形成使中枢衰竭在1周内死亡者43例，其中双侧瞳孔散 30例，单侧瞳孔散大13例；各并发症在2~3周内死亡者27例：肺部感染11例，上消化道出血6例，急性肾功能衰竭5例，脏器功能衰竭3例，心功能衰竭1例，体液代谢紊乱1例。

Because of excellent temporal, spatial and density resolution, EBCT has not only high accuracy in the diagnosis of myxoma, but also possesses advantage superior to echocardiography in the definition of non-myxomous benign and malignant neoplasms,which are diffcult to diagnose histopathologically using echocardiography.
