Results 26 cases,the intraspinal lipoma were five cases,three cases were teratoma,5 cases were the separation of fetal spinal cord,three cases were superficial sinus,4 cases were diastematomyelia.

结果 26例中，椎管内脂肪瘤5例，畸胎瘤3例，脊髓胎分出5例，皮毛窦3例，脊髓纵裂4例，隐性脊柱裂6例。

脂肪脊髓脊膜膨出和脊髓纵裂则要求更加深入的手术治疗，脂肪脊髓脊膜膨出手术就是要尽可能的切除脂肪瘤，解除其对硬脊膜和脊髓的拴系。

Result］the total operative effective rate of double-tube diastematomyelia amounted to 86% during a follow-up period of 6 months to 15 years,more significant in patients with pain.the scores of neural function and ptncsep were significantly improved.

结果］双管型脊髓纵裂通过手术后观察和6个月～15年(平均2年6个月)的随访发现，临床神经功能评分及 ptncsep术后有明显改变，尤其是疼痛为主诉的患者恢复最为明显，手术的总有效率可达86%；单管型脊髓纵裂手术前后无明显变化。

The abnormalities included 26 tethered cords, 8 diastematomyelia, 9 diplomyelia, 7 syringomyelia, and 8 low lying conus.

结果 36例脊髓异常中脊髓栓系26例，二分脊髓8例，脊髓纵裂9例，脊髓空洞7例，低位圆锥8例。

Methods 3cases of adult diastematomyelia wereanalyzed.

方法报告3例成年脊髓纵裂，并结合文献分析成年发病脊髓纵裂的起病、临床表现和治疗。

Conclusion］The spinal cord is damaged severely in double-tube diastematomyelia and gradually aggravated.Operation can get symptomatic relief in many patients and terminate spinal cord lesion. So operation should be performed as soon as the diagnosis is made. The spinal cord is damaged slightly in single-tube diastematomyelia and surgery is not indicated.

结论］双管型脊髓纵裂脊髓损害重，且呈进行性加重，精细的手术治疗可以使大多数患者症状缓解，终止神经进行性损伤，确诊后应尽早手术；单管型脊髓纵裂脊髓损害轻，不需手术探查。
