MRI diagnosis of basilar invagination in 3 cases ,ring pillowfusion deformity in 2 cases, 1case complicated with syringomyelia, and 1 case combined Chiari deformity.

MRI诊断颅底凹陷症3例，环枕融合畸形2例， 1例合并有脊髓空洞，1例合并Chairi畸形。

Methods A total of 36 patients suffering from syringomyelia confirmed by CT or MRI in the authors department was analysed. The patients all underwent the operataive treatment.

对经CT或MRI检查确诊的36例脊髓空洞症的病人应用显微外科手术治疗，并进行随访及评定治疗效果。
