Lesion was made by current of 1mA, 210s in the dorsal funiculus at the 10th thoracic vertebral level. Behavioral and histological evaluation, HRP and fast blue retrograde labelling method were employed. The eletrolytic current caused bilateral corticospinal tract injury and incomplete paraplegia in hind limbs, and led to a substantial atrophy of corticospinal motoneurons , serving as a reproducible and practical model for research on SCI.

在大鼠T10胸椎节段脊髓后索插入损毁电极，通电1mA，210s，应用行为学评分、脊髓局部组织学检查、HRP和荧光逆行示踪方法发现，电解损伤造成了双侧皮质脊髓束纤维受损，大鼠双侧后肢肌力下降、肌张力升高、运动功能下降，同时大脑运动皮层处皮质脊髓束胞体发生明显逆行性萎缩，可作为一个稳定、可靠的SCI模型。

Fabrication of tissue section:after spinal cord injury ld,3d,5d,8d,14d,21d,we sacrificed rats in batch.4% formaldehydum polymerisatum were pured into the cardiac muscle and fixed for 24h.Then obtain the specimen of spinal cord from T_5 to T_(13).Establishing slices,HE dyeing,bcl-2 dectation,terminal doxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling.On the fourteenth day after spinal cord injury,we detect Gale grading score and tiltboard experiment.

组织切片的制备：脊髓损伤后1d，3d，5d，8d，14d，21d共6个时间段分批处死动物。4%多聚甲醛心肌灌注固定24h，切取每只大鼠T_5～T_(13)节段脊髓组织，常规制成切片，给于HE染色，Bcl-2检测，TUNEL原位末端标记以及伤后第14天检测Gale评分和斜板实验，检测大鼠脊髓损伤后细胞凋亡和脊髓神经功能恢复情况。

Conclusion］The spinal cord is damaged severely in double-tube diastematomyelia and gradually aggravated.Operation can get symptomatic relief in many patients and terminate spinal cord lesion. So operation should be performed as soon as the diagnosis is made. The spinal cord is damaged slightly in single-tube diastematomyelia and surgery is not indicated.

结论］双管型脊髓纵裂脊髓损害重，且呈进行性加重，精细的手术治疗可以使大多数患者症状缓解，终止神经进行性损伤，确诊后应尽早手术；单管型脊髓纵裂脊髓损害轻，不需手术探查。

The immunohistochemistry showed that accompanied with SDNSF mRNA upregulation, the nestin-positive cells showed erupted roots, migrated peripherad and proliferation on the 8-day slice.

结果 RT-PCR检测SDNSF mRNA在正常大鼠脊髓中的表达，损伤后4天SDNSF 的mRNA表达上升，损伤8天到达高峰，此后SDNSF 的mRNA表达逐渐减少，到16天恢复到正常水平；脊髓切片原位杂交结果发现SDNSF的 mRNA 阳性细胞主要分布于脊髓灰质细胞中，可能是神经元细胞，结果表明正常脊髓可表达SDNSF；脊髓损伤后8天，原位杂交显示SDNSF阳性细胞明显增多。

Objective To study the statement of immunoreaction of c Jun and functional recovery of spinal cord injury in rats after fetal spinal cord transplantation.Methods Experimental rats were divided into two groups:spinal cord hemisection injury combination with transplants of FSC to injured site group,and spinal cord injury that received gelfoam pledgets group.On the lst,3th,7th,14th and 28th day after operation,6 animals in each group at each time phase,were observed for their function recovery with the methods of praxiology and electro physiological examination,the animals were then sacrificed for the observation of the statement of c Jun reaction by immnochemistry method and computer image analysis system was used for quantitative analysis.

目的：研究大鼠胚胎脊髓移植后能否影响，c-Hun免疫反应的表达和脊髓损伤后大鼠功能的恢复，方法；将动物分为脊髓半切洞损伤加胚胎脊髓移植组和单纯脊髓板切洞损伤加明胶海绵填塞组，每个时相点每组6只动物，术只1，3，7，14和28天，应用行为学和电生理检查观察大鼠功能恢复情况，应用免疫细胞化学方法，c-Jun免疫反应的表达，采用计算机图像分析技术，进行定量分析。

Baekgroud: Spinal cord ischemia reperfusion injury is an serious secondary spinal cord injury. Trauma, arteriosclerosis, vasal abnormality, inflammation, vasal infarct, decompression after the diseases that can bring spinal cord compression, lessening the blood stream of the spinal cord temporarily ,because of clamping the aorta during the operation of aorta, all of which can engender different extent spinal cord ischemia.

背景：脊髓缺血再灌注损伤是严重的脊髓继发性损伤，创伤、动脉硬化、血管畸形、炎症、血管梗塞、各种产生脊髓压迫的疾病减压后以及在主动脉手术中，钳夹主动脉导致脊髓血液供应暂时性减少都可造成不同程度的脊髓缺血再灌注损伤。

With the application of intensity modulated radiation therapy, there were more conformity and dose distribution to the target volume. It can increase the local control rate and further improve the survival rate. On the other side it can protect the surrounding normal tissue such as parotid gland, brain stem, spinal cord, etc. The incidence of xerostomia can be reduced. So the quality of life was improved.

而调强放射治疗的应用，有更好的适形度和靶区剂量分布，不仅能提高肿瘤的局部控制率，从而进一步提高生存率，还能降低腮腺的剂量，从而降低口干的发生率，同时脑干、脊髓的剂量进一步降低。
