Objective To investigate the expression of the ethology and morphology changes in different spinal cord injury developments,and provide proof for training time.

目的研究脊髓损伤后大鼠行为学、脊髓形态学的表达变化，为下一步实验确定训练时机提供依据。

The differential diagnosis contains a tethered spinal cord, where there also is a low-lying spinal cord with or without thickened or fatty filum, but there is no caudal dysgenesis. However, clinically this is hard to distinguish from CRS.

鉴别诊断包括脊髓栓系，同样表现为脊髓低位伴有或不伴有增厚或脂性的终丝，但是没有尾部发育不全，然而临床难以与CRS鉴别。

The main surgical approaches included:(1)vertebrectomy for decompression;(2)neurolysis;(3)space-occupying masses and taut filum sectioned and adhesionsor scars freed; and(4)restoration of neural function and blood circulation.

对小儿脊髓脊膜膨出术后56例全部行椎板减压、神经松解，椎管内肿瘤，各种病理性组织及手术瘢痕切除，切断牵张的终丝，解决脊髓拴系与压迫，恢复血运与神经功能。

The same results were observed in the brain of the unilateral pyramidotomy group above the level of the transection site. Get the neonate Sprague-Dawley rats medulla spinalis, through the conventional primary cell culture procedure, we use the method of difference adherence time and get the motor neurons of anterior spinal cord. When the neuron is in maturity, we make the mechanical injury model in vitro. All the models were divided into four groups: group A is control group; group B is 100μM ATP group; group C is 100μM ATP+20μg/ml suramin group and group D is 100μM ATP+10μM ouabain+10μg/ml Thapsigargin group. Culture the four groups neurons, after one day, we count the motor neuron, observe the survival and activity of neurons through MTT shade selection experiment, use flow cytometry to analyze the percentage of apoptosis of motor neurons of anterior spinal cord and detect the expression of protein p-GSK-3β(ser9) through Western-Blot technology.

方法取新生大鼠脊髓，通过常规的原代细胞培养程序，采用差速贴壁法分离出大鼠脊髓前角运动神经元，培养成熟后制作神经元机械损伤体外模型，分为A组：对照组、B组：100μMATP组、C组：100gMATP+20μg/ml Suramin组和D组：100μM ATP+IOμM Ouabain+10μg/ml Thapsigargin组，对各组机械损伤的运动神经元进行培养，1天后分别进行运动神经元计数、MTT比色实验观察运动神经元的存活及活性、流式细胞仪分析机械损伤的脊髓前角运动神经元凋亡百分率和Werstern Blot技术检测p-GSK-3β(ser9)的表达。

It was observed as follows:(1)The body temperatureof the cord transectedanimals fell in a good agreement with ambient temperature.It appears thatthe fall in B.T.is one of the main causes inducing ulceration.(2)Administrationof epinephine decreased ulceration and prevented the fall in B.T.both in a dose-dependent manner.(3)Cord transection induced ulcer formation was markedlyattenuated by adrenalectomy and exacerbated aga...

结果表明：(1)脊髓横断动物的体温随环境温度而下降，体温的下降可能是诱发溃疡的重要原因之一；(2)注射肾上腺素可减轻溃疡和防止体温下降，且两者均呈剂-效关系；(3)切除肾上腺可使脊髓横断诱发的溃疡明显减轻，如补充注射地塞米松则可使之重新加重，但体温的下降在以上情况下均不受影响；(4)脊髓横断后胃粘膜泌酸和内分泌功能的改变可能与溃疡生成有关。
