OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation on the treatment of spinal cord injury of rats.

目的：探讨嗅鞘细胞移植治疗大鼠脊髓损伤的效果。

It is intended to be used within 2 weeks after injury for people with complete thoracic spinal cord injury. Second, the goal of the trial is to show safety and feasibility, not necessarily efficacy. Third, the cells have been differentiated to the point that they are no longer acting as stem cells but only as oligodendroglia.

该实验直接针对的是2周内完全性脊髓损伤者。2、该实验的目的是揭示胚胎干细胞移植的安全性和可行性，而不是这一疗法的必然效果。3、这些细胞经过分化后不再作为胚胎干细胞起作用，而仅仅能生长为神经细胞。
