Objective To understand the distribution of the antibody level of group A and group C epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and the carrier of Nm in the health population of Jiangsu province.

目的了解江苏省健康人群流行性脑脊髓膜炎A群、C群抗体水平及脑膜炎奈瑟菌带菌分布情况，评价江苏省流脑多糖菌苗的接种状况、工作质量，为制定控制措施提供依据。

A total of 7 death cases were reported (2 cases of AIDS, 1 case of rabies, I case of epidemic encephalitis B, 2 cases of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis, 1 case of neonatal tetanus), with average annually mortality of 0.49/100 000 and average annually case fatality rate of 0.14%.

共报告死亡病例7例（艾滋病2例、狂犬病1例、流行性乙型脑炎1例、流行性脑脊髓膜炎2例、新生儿破伤风1例），年均死亡率为0.49/10万，年均病死率为0.14/%。

Based on a series of analysis for the relevant data during the period of 1950~1989, the relationship between the ozone layer variation/solar activity and the periodically prevalent features of two kinds of human infectious diseases in China, the epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and human plagueepisodes, is presented and analyzed for the first time in this paper.

通过对1950~1989年间一系列有关资料进行分析，首次研究和报道了臭氧层变化、太阳活动与流行性脑脊髓膜炎及鼠疫传染病性病率流行周期特徵之间的关系。

Results］ After implementing EPI, 24270 cases in Polio, measles, diphtheria, whooping cough, encephalitis B and epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis, as well as 365 cases dead and 70 cases handicapped were reduced annually.

结果］ 实施计划免疫后，年均减少脊髓灰质炎、麻疹、白喉、百日咳、乙脑和流脑等6种传染病共24 270例，减少死亡365例，减少残疾70例。
