Results 26 cases,the intraspinal lipoma were five cases,three cases were teratoma,5 cases were the separation of fetal spinal cord,three cases were superficial sinus,4 cases were diastematomyelia.

结果 26例中，椎管内脂肪瘤5例，畸胎瘤3例，脊髓胎分出5例，皮毛窦3例，脊髓纵裂4例，隐性脊柱裂6例。

Result］the total operative effective rate of double-tube diastematomyelia amounted to 86% during a follow-up period of 6 months to 15 years,more significant in patients with pain.the scores of neural function and ptncsep were significantly improved.

结果］双管型脊髓纵裂通过手术后观察和6个月～15年(平均2年6个月)的随访发现，临床神经功能评分及 ptncsep术后有明显改变，尤其是疼痛为主诉的患者恢复最为明显，手术的总有效率可达86%；单管型脊髓纵裂手术前后无明显变化。

Result］The total operative effective rate of double-tube diastematomyelia amounted to 86% during a follow-up period of 6 months to 15 years,more significant in patients with pain.The scores of neural function and PTNCSEP were significantly improved. But patients with single-tube diastematomyelia had no obvious change after operation.

Result Among 39 cases with occult spinal dysraphism, the meningocele was 4 cases, the dorsal dermal sinus 7 cases, the spinal lipomas 19 cases, the primary tethered cord syndrome 5 cases, the diastematomyelia 2 cases, the sacrococcygeal teratoma 2 cases.

结果 脑脊膜膨出4例，背侧皮窦7例，脊柱脂肪瘤19例，原发性脊髓栓系综合症5例，脊髓纵裂2例，骶尾部畸胎瘤2例。
