We studied the radical scavenge enzyme and radical metabolite lipid peroxide in vesical carcinoma tissue and the paracancerous tissue of 32 patients by Xantine Oxidase method and propiolaldehyde method.

The concentrations or activities of selenium,copper,zinc and MDA or GSH-Px,SOD ,CuZn-SOD and CAT in infested and healthy Rangifer tarandus sera were detected respectively in order to explore relationship between C.trompe infestation and metabolism of oxygen free radical. Results were as follows.

结果］各项酶学检验无异常；组织学光镜下观察到竖脊肌纤维部分溶解变性，肌纤维肥大，少量炎性细胞浸润；电镜下观察到肌纤维灶状溶解，核周线粒体聚集，胞内脂滴、溶酶体增多，肌卫星细胞增殖分化。

Result］All of enzyme tests were normal.The author could observe the dissolved degeneration of part of sacrospinal muscle fibers,muscle fiber hypertrophy,and a small quantity of inflammatory cell infiltration with a light microscope.Focal solution of muscle fiber,the aggregation of mitochondria around the nucleus,the increase of lipid droplet and lysosome in cyte,and the proliferation and differentiation of muscle satellite cell could be observed with an electron microscope.

结果］各项酶学检验无异常；组织学光镜下观察到竖脊肌纤维部分溶解变性，肌纤维肥大，少量炎性细胞浸润；电镜下观察到肌纤维灶状溶解，核周线粒体聚集，胞内脂滴、溶酶体增多，肌卫星细胞增殖分化。

PPARα调节脂肪代谢的机制总结如下：肝脏脂肪酸水平的增高激活PPARα，然后转录激活参与脂肪酸氧化的基因；配体与之结合后可激活编码乙酰辅酶A合成酶的基因，同时PPARα激活后可调节脂肪转运相关基因的表达如PPARα升高高密度脂蛋白和抑制ApoC－Ⅲ的表达。

In this study,one pair of specific primer for mature chicken interleukin-18(ChIL-18) cDNA was designed and synthesized according to the previously published gene sequence of ChIL-18.The full length cDNA gene of ChIL-18 encoding mature active protein was amplified from LPS–stimulated MDCC-MSB1 cells by Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction.Then it was cloned into pMD18-T vector. Sequencing analysis showed that the nucleotide sequence of this ChIL-18 mature protein gene was 5l0bp including the stop coden and the same as the published ChIL-18 cDNA sequence by Schneider K.

本研究根据已发表的ChIL-18成熟蛋白(mature ChIL-18，mChIL-18)的cDNA基因序列，设计一对特异性引物，应用反转录-聚合酶链式反应(reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction，RT-PCR)技术从脂多糖刺激10小时活化的马立克氏病成淋巴细胞样细胞系MDCC-MSB1的cDNA中扩增出编码鸡IL-18成熟活性蛋白的全长基因，对扩增片段进行T-A克隆，经PCR、酶切鉴定及测序验证，成功获得ChIL-18成熟蛋白完整基因的克隆。
