GFP gene eukaryotic express plasmids were transfected into ES cells. The cells were observed under the inverted fluorescent microscope. The clones which expressed the powerful green fluorescence were chosen to be named ES-GFP cells and cultured continuously. The examination of ES cell totipotent including Alkine phosphatase staining, embryonic body formation in vitro and teratomas formation in nude mice was implemented.

1。采用脂质体方法将GFP质粒转染ES-D3细胞株，经筛选后倒置荧光显微镜观察细胞形态及荧光状态，挑取荧光最强的克隆，命名为ES-GFP细胞，进一步扩增培养，观察细胞生长及荧光表达情况，行细胞分化全能性鉴定包括碱性磷酸酶（alkine Phosphtase，AKP）染色、体外胚胎体（embryonic body，EB）形成实验及裸鼠体内成瘤实验。2。

Results As the pH value increasing, the solubility of harmine hydrochloride was decreased, while the apparent oil-water distribution coefficient was increased.

结果 随pH值的增大，盐酸去氢骆驼蓬碱的溶解度降低，表观油水分配系数增大；采用主动载药法，包封率随脂质体内外相pH梯度的减少而降低，受孵育温度的影响不大，在药脂比小于1∶5时脂质体包封率达到80%以上。

The data shoewed that esculetin, resveratrol enhanced LPL expression up to about 1.2 ~3.5 fold compared with the control group. In addition to fibrates, however, no effect on LPL expression by curcumin was observed. We concluded that esculetin and resveratrol enhanced LPL expression on CHO-K1 cell. We hope that we can apply these drugs to mutant form LPL, furthermore apply theses drugs into clinical treatment.

利用药物处理有转染带有完整人类脂蛋白解脂酶启动子和脂蛋白解脂酶cDNA 序列(-1715 ~+1643)质体的CHO-K1细胞，从细胞培养液以及细胞溶解物中发现，除了curcumin之外所有药物都可以使得细胞培养液以及细胞溶解液内的脂蛋白解脂酶活性有1.2至3.5倍的上升，由此结果可知除了curcumin外，esculetin和白藜芦醇以及其他fibrate药物可降低三酸甘油脂血症。

Methods:Prepared multilaminar liposome vaccine by film evaporaqtion combined with lyophilization; Immunized BALB/c mice with the obtained liposomeencapsulated influenza split vaccine and the routine influenza split vaccine, serum antibodies were assayed on weeks 213 by the haemagglutinationinhibition test and ELISA, the HI test for the special antiHA antigen and the ELISA test for the IgG. Protective immunity against intranasal virus challenge was determined at 12 weeks postvaccination.

Methods We prepare the fullerene C60 liposomes using reversed phase distillation method,examine the direct virucidal activity,infection block and multiplication inhibition of C60 liposomes to HSV-1F strain,using inhibition experiment of cellular pathologic effect of virus and plaque reduction assay.
