Methods:Prepared multilaminar liposome vaccine by film evaporaqtion combined with lyophilization; Immunized BALB/c mice with the obtained liposomeencapsulated influenza split vaccine and the routine influenza split vaccine, serum antibodies were assayed on weeks 213 by the haemagglutinationinhibition test and ELISA, the HI test for the special antiHA antigen and the ELISA test for the IgG. Protective immunity against intranasal virus challenge was determined at 12 weeks postvaccination.

采用薄膜法与冷冻干燥法相结合的方法制得多层脂质体；用制得的脂质体流感疫苗和普通疫苗分别免疫小鼠，用血凝抑制实验和酶联免疫吸附试验对免后2～13周的小鼠血清的抗体水平进行检测，HI检测其特异性抗体，ELISA检测IgG抗体水平并对小鼠的保护效率进行检测。

Methods BALB/c nude mice were subcutaneously transplanted with SCG-7901 tumor cells, then the mice were randomly divided into antisense oligonucleotide group, sense oligonucleotide group and the control group. The HIF-1α ASOND complexed with cationic liposome, HIF-1α SOND complexed with cationic liposome and liposome were injected intra-tumorally in the above groups, respectively.

Viral vector mainly contain adenovirus, retrovirus,adeno-associated virus and so on, but it has potential danger of safety; it isrepeled by immune system when it is injected to organism for a greatimmunogenicity. An injection with adenovirus vector with highconcentration, it leads to serious inflammatory reaction of liver. Viralvector such as liposome and polycation are commonly used lately. But,liposome and polycation have low specificness and targetness of genetransfer tissue, have lower transfection efficiency and short period ofgene expression, for they can be phagocytized by endothelial system.

许多的载体，病毒载体和非病毒载体以前已广泛应用，病毒载体主要包括腺病毒，逆转录病毒，腺相关病毒等；但病毒载体在安全性方面存在潜在的危险；免疫原性比较强，注射到机体后很快会被机体的免疫系统排斥，当静脉注射高浓度的腺病毒载体会使肝脏发生严重的炎症反应；非病毒载体目前常用的有脂质体及多聚阳离子聚合物；但脂质体和阳离子聚合物介导基因转移缺乏组织的特异性和靶向性，转染效率较低且易被网状内皮系统吞噬，基因表达时间短；因此研制新型的非病毒载体已成为研究的热点，纳米颗粒具有小尺寸效应，表面效应，随着颗粒直径变小，比表面积将会显著增大，故具有很高的化学活性，因而纳米成为了最有应用前景的非病毒载体。

To improve the stability of small unilamellar vesicles in vitro, the permeability of SUV from soybean phosphatidylcholine coated by collagen and chitosan was studied respectively by using 5(6)-Carboxyflourescein5(6-CF as a fluorescence probe.

以逆相蒸馏法合成了富勒烯脂质体，用药物对病毒所致细胞病变的抑制实验以及病毒的空斑减数实验，观察C60脂质体对HSV-1F株的直接杀灭、感染阻断及增殖抑制作用。

Methods We prepare the fullerene C60 liposomes using reversed phase distillation method,examine the direct virucidal activity,infection block and multiplication inhibition of C60 liposomes to HSV-1F strain,using inhibition experiment of cellular pathologic effect of virus and plaque reduction assay.

RESULTS: The[99Tcm]-NGF encapsulated in self-made liposomeA presented high radiation in the brain. But[99Tcm] -NGF alone was almost completely excreted through urinary system and[99Tcm] -NGF encapsuled in ordinary liposomeB was mostly phagocytized by liver reticuloendothelial system.

结果：自制注射用脂质体A组包裹的[99Tcm]-神经生长因子经SPECT显像，其在脑部的放射性计数较高，而[99Tcm]-神经生长因子组几乎全部从泌尿系统代谢、[99Tcm]-神经生长因子-普通脂质体B组基本被网状内皮系统吞噬后沉积于肝脏。
