AIM and METHODS:We adapted the none circulating method perfused rat heart and high performance liquid chromatography technique and compared with the control group, the ischemia reperfusion group and the Acanthopanox Senticosus group, studied the effect of Cordyceps Sinensis succi on the content of adenine nucleotides and MDA during ischemia reperfusion.

目的和方法：观察冬虫夏草对缺血再灌注过程心肌保护作用。采用Langendorff非循环式离体心脏灌流方法，与正常对照组、缺血再灌组、刺五加注射液用药组相对比，研究了冬虫夏草醇提取物对大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注过程脂质过氧化产物和腺嘌呤核苷酸含量的影响。

There was an increase in the measured antioxidant parameters, which were total antioxidant capacity, sulphydryl and ceruloplasmin levels.

比较测定丙二醛（一种脂质过氧化反应产物）、抗氧化能力的不同和病理组织学数据。

objective:to investigate the influence of soybean isoflavones on the antioxidative effect and improving the ability of study and memory in climacteric rats.methods:forty-eight female sd climacteric rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with one control group and the other low,medium and high dose groups,which were given soybean isoflavones 0 mg/kg.bw,42 mg/kg.bw,83 mg/kg.bw and 249 mg/kg.bw by superalimentation daily for 60 days respectively.the levels of sod,gsh-px and mda in serum were measured,and the ability of study and memory in each group was deterimined by adopting the law of diving platform.results:the content of serum mda in medium and high dose groups was lower than that in control group.the activity of serum gsh-px im medium and high dose groups was significantly increased,so was the activity of serum sod in low,medium and high dose groups.conclusion:soybean isoflavones do have the obvious effect of antioxidation,and improve the ability of study and memory effectively in female sd climacteric rats.

目的：观察大豆异黄酮对更年期雌性sd大鼠抗氧化作用及学习记忆的影响。方法：选用健康更年期雌性sd大鼠，随机分成空白对照组和低、中、高剂量4组。空白对照组给予蒸馏水，实验组每日分别灌服42、83、249 mg/kg剂量的大豆异黄酮，连续60d。第60d取血测定血清过氧化脂质丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力，用跳台实验方法测定大鼠学习记忆能力。结果：与空白对照组比较，中、高剂量组大鼠血清mda含量显著降低，低、中、高剂量组血清sod活力明显升高，中、高剂量组血清gsh-px活力明显升高。结论：大豆异黄酮具有明显的抗氧化作用，并有效提高更年期雌性sd大鼠的学习记忆能力。

Methods:Human CD80 cDNA was transfected into B16 melanoma cells by lipofectin-mediated gene transfer before the expansion of tumor cells were tested by MTT method in vitro;C57BL/6 mice were inculated subcutaneously either mock-transfected B16 cells (B16-neo)or CD80-transfected B16 cells (B16-CD80),then the latency,survival times and tumor mass growth were investigated.The lymphocytes were examined for both proliferation indices and specific cytotoxic activity by MTT method and improved LDH-releasing method,after syngenic Mixed Lymphocyte tumor cultures.

通过脂质体介导将CD80基因导入小鼠黑色素瘤B16细胞后，利用SABC法检测CD80的表达；MTT法测定肿瘤细胞体外增殖能力；将肿瘤细胞接种至同源小鼠皮下后观察成瘤期、荷瘤小鼠存活期及肿瘤结节生长速度；在同源淋巴细胞肿瘤细胞混合培养后，通过测定淋巴细胞增殖指数和CTL杀伤活性检测肿瘤细胞的免疫原性。

The serum levels of TChE and SOD and CAT in hippocampus of mice in Cold group was also significantly higher than those in the Control group and Warm group(P 0.05或P 0.01),while the serum level of MDA in the Control group and Warm group were higher than that in the Cold group(P 0.05或P 0.01). Conclusion:(1)Long proper winter swimming could improve learning and memory abilities of mice.(2) Winter swimming could improve the ability of learning and memory by coordinate the content of acetylcholinesterase (3) This effect may be related to the decreased activity of TChE and the increased activity of anti-oxidatio.

1长期适量的冬泳运动可以促进小鼠学习记忆能力。2冬泳运动可以通过增加小鼠脑内海马组织中ACh的含量而影响TChE的活力。3冬泳运动促进学习记忆的机制可能是：3.1冬泳运动通过冷应激引起的神经内分泌系统的反应，来改变中枢神经系统的功能，使小鼠脑内乙酰胆碱的代谢增强、含量增加，从而促进学习记忆能力。3.2冬泳运动通过增强机体清除自由基的能力，来减轻脂质过氧化的程度，对小鼠的脑损伤起到保护作用，从而促进学习记忆能力。

Compared the NAC antagonistic groups with the poisoning groups,activities of SOD,GSH-Px,TChE,and CAT increased to certain extent,but content of MDA significantly decreased.

NAC拮抗组与染毒组比较，MDA含量显著降低，SOD、GSH-Px、TChE、CAT活性有升高趋势，说明NAC可以提高大鼠的抗氧化能力，对母鼠铅镉暴露所致新生鼠脑脂质过氧化损伤有一定的保护作用。

Tongluofangji could improve the antioxidative ability, inhibit lipid peroxide and protect the aorta thoracica endothelia in diabetic rats,and further proved diabetic angiopathy belongs to Luobing.Tongluofangji would be a new kind of drugs for the prophylaxis and treatment of the diabetic chronic complication.

通络方剂能提高糖尿病大鼠机体抗氧化能力，抑制脂质过氧化，对糖尿病所致的大鼠血管内皮损害具有一定的保护作用，进一步证明糖尿病血管病变属于络病范畴，通络方剂有望成为糖尿病慢性并发症的防治药物。

Methods:LPO content was determined by TBA-Acetic acid method. Samples included healthy serum, plasma, leakage and seepage fluid from thoracicoabdominal cavity and extract materials from cells, plasma before and after taking panax quinquefolium L, serum samples after peroxidation were also taken from healthy patients, coronary heart disease, non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, hypertension, edible vegetable oil and its smoke condensation oil.

用TBA-醋酸法检测正常人血清，血浆，胸腹腔渗、漏出液，各细胞提取物及服用西洋参前后的血浆和经过氧化处理后的正常人、糖尿病、高血压、冠心病患者的血清及食用油脂、相应烟雾冷凝油的过氧化脂质含量。

To understand effects of different packaging on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant ability of Torreya grandis nuts during storage at room temperature, we used T. grandis nuts and measured acid value, peroxide value, total phenols, DPPH scavenging activity and inhibition of linoleic acid oxidation by TBA of nuts during storage.
