Studies on stability indicated that PHGF proliposomes should be stored at low temperature and against light, which ensured unchange of their redispersity, content of drug, encapsulation efficiency, acid value and peroxide value. Liposomes were multilamellar vesicle structure under transmission electron microscopy. Average particle size was 0.65 micrometer, ranging from 0.09 micrometer to 1.21 micrometer. Cryoscopic value was 0.64 C determined by cryoscopic method, which was a little higher than that of isotonic solution.

以透射电镜观测PHGF前体脂质体再分散后的形态为囊泡状；激光散射法测得平均粒径为0.65μm，且粒度分布在0.09μm～1.21μm之间；该脂质体荷负电，ζ电位为-44.23mV；冰点降低法测得冰点降低度数为0.64℃，略高于等渗溶液冰点降低度数；测得粘度为1.83mPa·s，达到生理要求；此外，对PHGF脂质体的刺激性、溶血性、热原、异常毒性和过敏沈阳药科大学硕士学位论文拘要性检查表明均符合静脉注射给药的标准。

Results compared with model control group,dongbao gantai group, the level of body weight,liver index, tc ,tg, alt,ast in serum in tiaozhi hugan decoction group were lower significantly .the level of hld-c was higher.,the level of mda in tiaozhi hugan decoction was lower significantly, the level of sod was higher significantly（in all group p＜0.01）conclusion it suggests that the pharmacodynamics mechanisms of tiaozhi hugan decoction to fatty liver induced by high fatty diet are lowering body weight and liver index, adjusting lipometabolism, improving liver function and having anti-lipid peroxidation effects.

结果 与病理模型组、东宝甘泰组比较调脂护肝方组大鼠体重、肝指数血清tc值、tg值均降低，hld-c值增高，血清alt、ast、mda值均较低，sod值较高（各组比较p.01）。结论调脂护肝方干预非酒精性脂肪肝的药效机制为：降低体重与肝指数，调整脂质代谢，改善肝功能，抗脂质过氧化。

After light radiation time of one hour,the IC50 of cytotoxicity of C60 liposomes is 154.9 μg/ml.During the concentration of C60 liposomes are 16.86 μg/ml and 33.72 μg/ml separately,the plaque reduction rate of direct virucidal activity to HSV-1F strain is positive correlation to the time of light radiation,the correlation coefficients rate 0.8510（P.005） and 0.9766 （P.005） respectively.

光照1 h，C60脂质体对Vero细胞的细胞毒为154.9 μg/ml.C60脂质体浓度为16.86 μg/ml及33.72 μg/ml时，对HSV-1F株直接杀灭的空斑减数率与光照时间成正相关，相关系数r分别为0.8510（P.005）和0.9766（P.005）；当C60脂质体浓度为16.86 μg/ml时，对HSV-1F株感染阻断的空斑减数率与光照时间正相关，相关系数r依次为0.84（P.005）及0.9923（P.005），说明C60的抗病毒作用具有时间效应，主要是光敏动力学机制起作用。

The CD59 gene and MCP gene were mixed with liposome, then used to produce transgenic mice by 3 methods. Firstly, the gene/ liposome complex was directly injected into 5 male mice's testis. The 5 transfected males copulated with 25 females each 7 days later.

The paper studied the scavenging active oxygen radicals of brown pigment from chestnut shell. The results showed that the brown pigment had scavenging effects on hydroxyl radical, superoxide anion radical and aliphatic radicals on lipid-peroxidation. In the range of test concentration, the maximum scavenging or inhibition rate of the brown pigment to hydroxyl radical generated by Fenton reaction, superoxide anion radical generated by illuminating riboflavin system and linoleic acid auto-oxidation was 83.0%, 82.1% and 88.5% respectively.

从清除羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基、抗脂质过氧化以及还原能力等方面对板栗壳棕色素的抗活性氧自由基进行了试验研究和评价，结果表明：板栗壳棕色素对Fenton反应产生的羟基自由基和光照核黄素产生的超氧阴离子自由基均具有较强清除作用，对脂质过氧化过程中产生的脂自由基和脂过氧化自由基有明显的抑制作用，且在试验浓度范围内，其最大清除率或抑制率分别可达到83.0%、82.1%和88.5%。

Results Brucine and its liposome had significant inhibiting effect on transplanted tumor growth in mice. Inhibitory rates of brucine on Heps were 35.05% [1.61mg/], 43.70% [3.23mg/], and 46.09% [6.46mg/], while of its liposome on Reps was 45.41% 1.61mg/1 and 58.19% [3.23 mg/, respectively. The inhibitory rate of brucine on S180 was 37.59% [1.61 mg/], 36.13% 3.23mg/, and 38.87% [6.46 mg/, while of its liposome on S180 was 53.00% [1.61mg/] and 48.37% [3.23mg/], respectively. However, both of them had no distinct effect on prolonging the life of mice with transplanted tumor.

结果 马钱子碱及其脂质体能有效抑制实体瘤模型荷瘤小鼠体内肿瘤生长，1.61、3.23、6.46mg/马钱子碱对Heps小鼠的抑瘤率分别为35.05%、43.70%和46.09%，而1.61、3.23mg/马钱子碱脂质体的抑瘤率分别为45.41%和58.19%；1.61%、3.23、6.46mg/马钱子碱对S180小鼠的抑瘤率分别为37.59%、36.13%和35.57%，而1.61和3.23mg/马钱子碱脂质体的抑瘤率分别为53.00%和48.37%，明显高于马钱子碱；但两者对腹水瘤模型荷瘤小鼠的生存时间均无延长作用。
