脂血症

Methods Fiftythree patients with SAP admitted from 1995 to 1999 was categorized as group 1, and 57 patients admitted from 2000 to 2005 as group 2, were analyzed retrospectively. Ranson′s score, acute physiological and chronic health evaluationⅡ score, Balthazar CT grade, presence or absence of biliary tract obstruction, hypoxia, lung infection, shock, abdomen compartment syndrome, hyperlipemia, pleural effusion were analysed logistically. Mortality following different treatments and incidence rate of complications were also evaluated.

回顾性分析安徽省立医院1995—1999年收治的53例SAP患者(第1组)和2000—2005年收治的57例SAP患者(第2组)临床资料，对患者Ranson评分、急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分Ⅱ、Balthazar CT分级以及是否伴有胆道梗阻、休克、高脂血症、腹腔间隙综合征、低氧血症、肺部感染、胸腔积液等因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析，分析不同治疗方法对并发症发生率和病死率的影响。

The normal control group, hyperlipidemia model group, high dose of perilla seed group (2.5 g/kg), low dose of perilla seed group (0.83 g/kg) were designed to measure the contents of total cholesterol, three acids glyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, very low density lipoprotein cholesterol and malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase activity.

方法］采用高脂饮食建立鹌鹑高脂血症模型，分别测定正常对照组、高脂模型组、紫苏籽高剂量组(2.5g/kg)、低剂量组(0.83g/kg)血清中总胆固醇、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、极低密度脂蛋白、丙二醛含量及超氧化物歧化酶的活性。

目的 探讨降脂颗粒和辛伐他汀的降脂疗效及对高脂血症患者血粘度的影响。

方法采用高脂乳剂建立大鼠高脂血症性脂肪肝模型，实验分为正常组、模型组、消脂饮高剂量组和低剂量组，以东宝肝泰为阳性组，以高、低剂量消脂饮和东宝肝泰进行干预，测定肝脂含量及肝中超歧物过氧化物酶活性、丙二醛含量和维生素E水平。

The incidence rates of hyperlipemia,hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart discase,liver lipopexia in hyperuricemia group were sig-nificantely higher than that of normal group.

高尿酸血症组中高脂血症、高血压、高血糖、冠心病、脂肪肝等发生率显著高于血尿酸正常组。

Diseases were high prevalence in traffic policemen, of which from high to low prevalence in turn were rhinitis, fatty liver, gastric disorders, cervical vertebra hyperplasia, arthropathy, ophthalmic disease, hypertension, hyperlipemia, prostatitis, proplapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, coronary heart disease, photosensitive dermatitis, varcose vein of lower limb, diabetes meUitus, sunstroke and chilblains, noise deafness, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hyperviscous blood, gallbladder polypus and pneumoconiosis, ttereinto, diseases induced by bad life styles included fatty liver, gastric disorders, hypertension, prostatitis, hyperlipemia, coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and hyperviscous blood.

结果本次共调查在职公安交警4486人，男性4342人，女性144人，平均年龄为38.14岁；有20种疾病在交警中高发，依次为：鼻炎、脂肪肝、胃病（包括胃炎、胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡）、颈椎增生、关节病、眼病、高血压、高脂血症、前列腺疾病（包括：前列腺炎、前列腺增生）、腰椎间盘突出症、冠心病、光敏性皮炎、下肢静脉曲张、糖尿病、中暑和冻疮、噪声耳聋、慢性阻塞性肺病、高黏血症、胆囊息肉、尘肺。

Meanwhiles we measured the values of blood serum TC,TG,the results is hyperuricemia with hyperlipidemia incidence is high both in elder and control group,the incidence rates were 78.04%,85.71%respectively.

同时检测血甘油三酯TG、胆固醇TC发现高尿酸血症伴高脂血症的发生率在老年组和对照组中均较高，分别为78.04%和85.71%。

The ratios of cholesterol/triglyceride in LDL increased both in hypertriglyceridaemia and complex hyperlipidaemia groups, while showed no difference in hypercholesterolaemia group.

结论高脂血症人群胆固醇酯转运蛋白水平升高，促进了脂蛋白间脂质转运，使高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白脂质组成发生变化，促进了动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展。
