Objective To establish the animal model resembling to type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia.

METHODS: Fifty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups(10 rats per group),including control group,hyperlipidemia model group,Mix oil group(2.5 mL/kg BW) and two apple seed oil groups:small dosage of ASO group(0.5 mL/kg/kgBW),large dosage of ASO 2.5 mL/kg.

50只SD大鼠随机分为5组（n=10），即正常对照组、高脂血症模型组、调和油对照组（2.5 mL/kg），苹果籽油小剂量组
