Methods: Divide 196 cases into 3 groups by their blood pressure and cardiograph measure result. 62 cases in high blood pressure group, 45 cases in cardiovascular disease group, 89 cases in control group. HS-CRP and ABLU were measured by BN-Prospec Analysis System. GLU, TC. TG, HDL-C, LDL-C were measured by OLYMPUS 2700 Automatic biochemical analyzer.

对1%例70岁以上老年人通过血压和心电图结果分为三组，其中高血压62例；冠心病45例；对照组89例，空腹采血，留取晨尿，分别用BN-Prospec特种蛋白分析仪，测定尿微量白蛋白及超敏C反应蛋白，用OLYMPUS2700全自动生化分析仪测定空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。

回顾性分析经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者68例，其中包括不稳定型心绞痛患者24例，稳定型心绞痛32例，心肌梗塞12例；正常对照组35例的空腹血脂（血清甘油三酯TG、血总胆固醇TC、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇HDL-C、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇LDL-C、载脂蛋白ApoA1及ApoB）、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、糖负荷后胰岛素曲线下面积及葡萄糖曲线下面积的变化并进行比较。
