At the same time, the ectogenesis fat tissue entranced blood circulation. As the result of hemodynamics alteration, there were blood platelet and erythrocyte and leucocytes and lipid granules collecting on the surface of these lipid droplets. The volumes of these lipid droplets were enlargement. These lipid droplets were changed to fat embolus by the promotion of coagulation and fibrin deposition intra-blood vessel.

现代医学理论认为，外伤后组织存留的血清状态的脂肪组织受到动员，同时，损伤部位的血管外源性脂肪进入血循环，而创伤引起的机体反应使血液动力学发生改变，血小板、红细胞、白细胞及血脂乳化不稳定所析出的脂质颗粒等，均可聚集于以上脂滴的表面，使之体积增大，加之组织凝血活化酶的释放，促使血管内凝血，纤维蛋白沉积的发生，从而形成脂肪栓子，导致脂肪栓塞。

Blood lipid,blood viscosity,coagulation-time,platelet agglutination rate,lipid hyperoxide and carry-lipoprotein level were determined using Transansio automatic biochemical analyzer,automatic rinse spin rheometer and Chrono-log 400 platelet agglutinating meter respectively.

采用Transansio全自动生化分析仪、自动冲洗旋转式血液流变仪及Chrono-log400血小板聚集仪分别测定各试验组动物血脂、血粘度、凝血时间、血小板聚集率脂质过氧化物及载脂蛋白水平的作用。

Result The maximum concentration of those 13 PCBs in mother's milk was 237 ng/g lipoid,the geometric mean was 138 ng/g lipoid;while the maximum and geometric mean concentrations of the 13 PCBs in cord blood were 102 ng/g lipoid and 56.9 ng/g lipoid respectively.

方法新西兰大白兔随机分为正常对照组(普通饮食，6只)，高脂饮食组(高脂饮食，10只)及普罗布考组(高脂饮食+普罗布考200mg/kg·d，10只)。实验开始前及第12周分别耳缘静脉采血测定血清总胆固醇。第12周处死动物，取胸主动脉，制备离体胸主动脉环对乙酰胆碱的反应以检查内皮功能，RT-PCR与免疫印迹检测凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-1(LOX-1)基因与蛋白质表达水平。

Compared with these of fat-fed group, the body weight, blood glucose levels after oral glucose and the glucose area under curve, 40min and 90min blood glucose levels after insulin injection subcutaneously and the glucose area under curve in the insulin tolerance test, the fasting serum insulin, insulin resistance index, serum cholesterol, triglyceride and lower density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased, the fasting serum leptin, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and C18:2 were significantly increased in N-6 PUFAs group.

n-6脂肪酸组从第1~10周体重均较高脂组明显减轻，糖负荷后血糖和糖耐量试验中葡萄糖曲线下面积、皮下注射胰岛素后40min、90min血糖及胰岛素耐量试验中葡萄糖曲线下面积、血清胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、血清胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白含量均较高脂组明显降低；血清瘦素水平、高密度脂蛋白、18碳2烯酸较高脂组明显升高。
