Methods: Divide 196 cases into 3 groups by their blood pressure and cardiograph measure result. 62 cases in high blood pressure group, 45 cases in cardiovascular disease group, 89 cases in control group. HS-CRP and ABLU were measured by BN-Prospec Analysis System. GLU, TC. TG, HDL-C, LDL-C were measured by OLYMPUS 2700 Automatic biochemical analyzer.

对1%例70岁以上老年人通过血压和心电图结果分为三组，其中高血压62例；冠心病45例；对照组89例，空腹采血，留取晨尿，分别用BN-Prospec特种蛋白分析仪，测定尿微量白蛋白及超敏C反应蛋白，用OLYMPUS2700全自动生化分析仪测定空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。

Adult male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:control group、hypercholesterolemia control group、dosage group with 72.3%,80.5%,96.1% deacetylated flyblow chitosan.The rats were fed with a high cholesterol diet and were administrated flyblow chitosan continuously for 8 weeks at the same time,then the blood lipid and weight were measured.

取成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组，分别为正常对照组、高脂模型组、蝇蛆壳聚糖72.3%，80.5%，96.1%脱乙酰度组，给高脂饲料造模的同时连续给予蝇蛆壳聚糖8周，测定大鼠血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白含量，同时观察对大鼠体重影响。

Background— Numerous in itro studies suggest that sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P), a bioactie lysosphingolipid associated with high-density lipoproteins, accounts at least partly for the potent antiinflammatory properties of high-density lipoprotein and, thereby, contributes to the antiatherogenic potential attributed to high-density lipoproteins.

背景——众多的活体研究表明鞘氨醇1-磷酸盐作为一种与高密度脂蛋白相关的生物活性溶血磷脂，至少是高密度脂蛋白有力抗炎特质的部分原因，从而促成高密度脂蛋白的抗动脉粥样硬化潜能。

The apoB gene polymorphism on Xba I site of 53 6 unrelated Chinese Han people,aged 25～64 years,was analyzed using PCR and Re striction Fragment Length Polymorphismmethod;serum apoA I,apoB,total chole s terol,triglyceride,HDL cholesterolwere measured,and LDL choleste roland non-HDL cholesterolwere calculated.

采用聚 合酶链反应结合限制性片段长度多态性分析的方法，分析536名25～64岁的无血缘关系的汉族人的apoB基因Xba I位点多态性，并测定其血清apoA I、apoB、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇，并计算低密度脂蛋白胆固醇LDL-C）及非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。

In addition to, we also found that the treatment of fluvastatin significantly decreased the level of serum CHOL, TG, LDL, and VLDL, only 45.8%, 58%, 64%, and 56% to the untreated group respectively; Whereas, the level of serum HDL and HDL/CHOL were increased by 16.7 % and 153.6% to the untreated group respectively.

另外我们还发现氟伐他汀治疗显著降低髂动脉损伤后血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白和极低密度脂蛋白的水平，分别为未治疗组的45.8％、58％、64％及56％；而高密度脂蛋白和HDL/CHOL水平，治疗组则较对照组高14.3％及153.6％。

Retrospectivly analyse the coronary heart disease, 68 patients diagnosed the coronary angiography, including Unstable Angina the 24 patients, Stable Angina 32 patients, myocardial infarction 12 patients; Compares the change of normal comparison group 35 patients fasting blood lipide:Trighycerides, Total Cholesterol, High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol, Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol, Apolipoproteins (ApoA1 and ApoB), Fasting Blood Glucose, Fasting Insulin, Insulin area under curve and Glucose area under curve.

回顾性分析经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者68例，其中包括不稳定型心绞痛患者24例，稳定型心绞痛32例，心肌梗塞12例；正常对照组35例的空腹血脂（血清甘油三酯TG、血总胆固醇TC、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇HDL-C、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇LDL-C、载脂蛋白ApoA1及ApoB）、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、糖负荷后胰岛素曲线下面积及葡萄糖曲线下面积的变化并进行比较。

OR＞1 indicates dangerous factor, OR＜1 protective factor, and OR=1 no significance. The results showed that if triglyceride and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol increased an average level of normal respectively, and there would be OR of TG 2.43 (P＜0.05) and OR of VLDL-C 6.09 (P＜0.05), the high levels of TG and VLDL-C were the factors of lithogenesis. High density lipoprotein cholesterols (HDL1-C, HDL2-C, HDL3-C), with OR less than one, were the factors of protecting against the formation of gallstone.

结果：甘油三酯和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇每增加一个正常均值水平，OR值分别是2.43(P＜0.05)和6.09(P＜0.05)，是重要的致石因素指标；高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL1-C、HDL2-C、HDL3-C)，OR值均低于1，是重要的防石因素指标；低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和总胆固醇的OR值均小于1，本研究结果提示其可能是一种代谢状态而非保护因素。

The type 2 diabetes-mellitus (T2DM) subjects had higher HOMR-IR, FINS, FPG, TC, TG, LDL and lower ISI than NC subjects. The 2DM subjects with genotype Thr54 (Thr54 homozygotes and heterozygotes) had higher FPG、FINS、HOMR-IR、TG、LDL(P.01) and lower ISI (P.01) than those with genotype Thr (Ala54 homozygotes). Conclusions: The polymorphy of FABP2 has been identified in the Han nationality in Bengbu.

与NC组比较，T2DM组的胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛素均明显增高(P.01)，胰岛素敏感指数显著降低(P.01)；甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白均明显增高(P.01)，高密度脂蛋白明显降低(P.01)。T2DM组中，FABP2Ala54Ala与Ala54Thr及Thr54Thr基因型患者比较，后两者的空腹胰岛素、HOMA-IR指数、空腹血糖、甘油三酯水平、低密度脂蛋白明显增高(P.01)，而胰岛素敏感指数显著降低(P.01)。
