同时测量93例肥胖病妇女的腰围、腹围、臀围、腰围臀围比值（WHR1）和腹围臀围比值（WHR2），并测定血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白-2-胆固醇（HDL2-C）、高密度脂蛋白-3-胆固醇（HDL3-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。

Methods: Ninety three female with adiposis were assessed for cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL-C, HDL2-C, HDL3-C, LDL-C and VLDL-C. At the same time the waist circumference was measured from the midpoint between the lower rib and the upper margin of the iliac crest (waistline 1) and the level of umbilicus (waistline 2). The hip circumference was measured at the greatest girth of the gluteus and waist-to-hipratio was calculated (waist circumference/hip circumference).

The normal control group, hyperlipidemia model group, high dose of perilla seed group (2.5 g/kg), low dose of perilla seed group (0.83 g/kg) were designed to measure the contents of total cholesterol, three acids glyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, very low density lipoprotein cholesterol and malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase activity.

方法］采用高脂饮食建立鹌鹑高脂血症模型，分别测定正常对照组、高脂模型组、紫苏籽高剂量组(2.5g/kg)、低剂量组(0.83g/kg)血清中总胆固醇、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、极低密度脂蛋白、丙二醛含量及超氧化物歧化酶的活性。

The data shoewed that esculetin, resveratrol enhanced LPL expression up to about 1.2 ~3.5 fold compared with the control group. In addition to fibrates, however, no effect on LPL expression by curcumin was observed. We concluded that esculetin and resveratrol enhanced LPL expression on CHO-K1 cell. We hope that we can apply these drugs to mutant form LPL, furthermore apply theses drugs into clinical treatment.

利用药物处理有转染带有完整人类脂蛋白解脂酶启动子和脂蛋白解脂酶cDNA 序列(-1715 ~+1643)质体的CHO-K1细胞，从细胞培养液以及细胞溶解物中发现，除了curcumin之外所有药物都可以使得细胞培养液以及细胞溶解液内的脂蛋白解脂酶活性有1.2至3.5倍的上升，由此结果可知除了curcumin外，esculetin和白藜芦醇以及其他fibrate药物可降低三酸甘油脂血症。

目的 探讨营养状况与血脂及载脂蛋白水平的关系方法检测了海口市514例12～15岁中学生的营养状况并分析其与血清总胆固醇(Total-Cholesterol，TC)、甘油三酯(Triglycerides，TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol，HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low Density Lipoprotein LDL-C)、载脂蛋白(Apolipoprotein，apo)A1及B100的关系。

Low-fat diet was given to those patients. The changes of total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,low-denstiy lipoprotein,triglyceride,aproprotein A, aproprotein B, creatinine, glutamic oxalacetic transaminase, glutamic pyruvic transaminase were measured before and after 1,3,6,12 months of Simvastatin therapy(10mg,qd).

所有患者均采取低脂饮食，测定患者血总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、载脂蛋白A、载脂蛋白B、肌酐，谷草转氨酶及谷丙转氨酶等各参数数值；然后给予辛伐他汀10 mg，每晚一次口服，测定用药后1，3，6，12个月后以上各参数值的变化。

In this study, LDL was oxidized by copper ion, 2, 2'-azobis(2-amidio-propane)dihydrochloride or macrophages in the absence or presence of apoH to delineate the correlation between apoH and LDL peroxidation,. It was shown that the formation of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances and conjugated dienes was decreased and the electrophoretic mobility of LDL was reduced in the presence of apoH. It suggests that apoH exerts an antioxidative effect.

为了进一步了解脂蛋白元 H 的表现与低密度脂蛋白氧化之间的关连性，分别以铜离子、 2， 2'-azobis(2-amidio-propane)dihydrochloride (一种可生成自由基的化合物)或巨噬细胞等来氧化低密度脂蛋白，发现在有脂蛋白元 H 的存在下，不论是 thiobarbituric acid reactive substances、共轭双烯的生成以及低密度脂蛋白电泳移动速率，都受到明显抑制。

This experiment was made to investigate the changes of lipopro tein li pase and hepatic lipase activity and their effects on gallstone formati on in rabbit model in which the stones were induced by high cholesterol diet.Act ivities of plasma LPL and HL were determined; other data including concentratio n of plasma lipoprotein cholesterol, concentration of bile cholesterol and bile acids were also obtained.

为研究肝脂酶及脂蛋白脂酶在胆固醇结石成石过程中的变化及其对成石的影响，采用高胆固醇膳食诱发兔胆囊胆固醇结石模型，观测对照组及高胆固醇膳食1、2 、3、4周组动物血浆脂蛋白脂酶、肝脂酶活性、血浆脂蛋白胆固醇及胆汁中甘氨胆酸、甘氨脱氧胆酸、胆固醇的变化。

The ratios of cholesterol/triglyceride in LDL increased both in hypertriglyceridaemia and complex hyperlipidaemia groups, while showed no difference in hypercholesterolaemia group.

结论高脂血症人群胆固醇酯转运蛋白水平升高，促进了脂蛋白间脂质转运，使高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白脂质组成发生变化，促进了动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展。
