Objective: To discuss the imaging diagnosis of pelvic lipomatosis.

目的： 探讨盆腔脂肪过多症的影像诊断。

Materials and Methods:The imaging findings of 6 cases with pelvic lipomatosis were analyzed retrospectively. CT and ultrasonography were performed in all 6 cases, together with barium enema in 3 cases and IVU in 2 cases.

材料与方法：回顾性分析6例盆腔脂肪过多症的影像学表现。6例均经CT和超声检查，其中3例还作了钡灌肠检查，2例行静脉肾盂造影检查。

CT can be served as the first choice in diagnosing pelvic lipomatosis.

CT扫描诊断盆腔脂肪过多症可作为首选影像学检查方法。

Results: MRI features of symptomatic spinal epidural lipomatosis show:(1)Plethora of fat deposits atthe backside of epidura mater,(2)The subsided fat is in shapes of continuous diamond cord,(3)Backside of dural cyst depressed,(4)Spinal cord depressed.

结果：特发性椎管内硬膜外脂肪增多症的MRI表现有以下特征：①椎管内背侧硬膜外过多的脂肪沉积。②沉积的脂肪呈连续的棱带状。
