Result There were 1 case with haematoma;25 cases with fiorous tubercle;1 case with cystoid pathological changes ;2 cases with nodulone cheese like neciosis; 1 case with lipoma.

结果 感染2例，脂肪液化5例，血肿1例，纤维结节25例，囊性样变1例，结节状干酪样坏死2例，脂肪瘤1例。

Methods : From July 2003 to November 2007, 21 cases of sarcoma and SC Cancerous ulcer patients were treated, among which 11 cases male and 10 cases female, the age 14~83 (average 50 years old) and upper limb 6 cases and lower limb 15 cases; The pathologic diagnosis is: SC 6 cases, synovial sarcoma 4 cases, malignant fibrohistiocytoma 3 cases, adipose sarcoma 2 cases, osteogenic sarcoma 2 cases, malignant melanoma 2 cases, sarcoma epithelioides 1 case, derma-eminence fibrosarcoma 1 case.

自2003年7月～2007年11月治疗21例肉瘤及鳞癌性溃疡患者，男性11例，女性10例，年龄14～83（平均50岁）。上肢6例，下肢15例；病理为：鳞癌6例，滑膜肉瘤4例，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤3例，脂肪肉瘤2例，骨肉瘤2例，恶性黑色素瘤2例，上皮样肉瘤1例，皮肤隆突性纤维肉瘤1例。

Some of the laryngeal MFH were difficult to be differentiated from carcinosarcoma, pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma , myxoid liposarcoma ,malignant neurilemmoma and myxoma without immunohistochemical aids .

喉恶性纤维组织细胞瘤常规组织学与癌肉瘤、多形性横纹肌肉瘤、粘液型脂肪肉瘤、恶性神经鞘瘤、粘液瘤有时易混淆，免疫组织化学有助于明确诊断。

In 14 patients with angiogenic tumors of the soft tissue ( 13 benign tumors and 1 malignant tumor) were analyzed. Results Benign hemangiomas included cavernous (n=7), intramuscular (n=2), mixed (n=1), racemosum (n=1), glomus (n=1) and angiomatosis (n=1). The vascular component within the tumor displayed iso-intensity on T1WI relative to the skeletal muscle, and hyper-intensity on T2WI. One case of hemangiopericytoma showed slightly low signal on T1WI and slightly high signal on T2WI.

结果 13例良性肿瘤中，海绵状血管瘤7例，肌肉内血管瘤2例，混合型血管瘤、蔓状血管瘤、血管球瘤、血管瘤病各1例，瘤血管成分在T1WI上呈等信号，T2WI上呈高信号，肿瘤有不等量的纤维组织和脂肪组织；血管外皮细胞瘤1例，T1WI上呈略低信号，T2WI上呈略高信号。

Results 7of22cases were angiomyolipoma,6were xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis,4were multilocular cystic nephroˉma,2were leiomyoma of kidney,2were renal abscess,one case were renal fibrolipoma.

结果 误诊为肾癌的良性占位病变22例，其中肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤合并出血7例，局灶型黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎6例，肾多发性囊性肾瘤4例，肾平滑肌瘤2例，肾脓肿2例，肾纤维脂肪瘤1例。

Lipomatous tumors in internal auditory canal and cerebellopontine angle are very rare; low-grade papillary adenocarcinoma of endolymphatic sac origin is rarely reported and has low malignant potential.

脂肪瘤样迷离瘤是一种发生在内耳听神经管或桥小脑角非常罕见的由脂肪、纤维、平滑肌、横纹肌以及神经成分组成的良性肿瘤。内耳内淋巴囊来源的低级别乳头状腺癌是发生在内耳内淋巴囊的特别罕见的低级别肿瘤。

The postoperative pathology confirmed that cortical carcinoma was found in 5 cases and pheochromocytoma in 20 cases, malignant pheochromocytoma in 4 cases, malignant fibrous histiocytoma in 1 case, neurocytoma in 1 case, myelolipoma in 1 case, dysembryoma in 1 case, dysembryo-sarcoma in 1 case, well-differentiated liposarcoma in 1 case respectively.

术后病理提示皮质癌5例；嗜铬细胞瘤20例；恶性pheo 4例；恶性纤维组织细胞瘤1例；节神经细胞瘤1例；髓样脂肪瘤1例；畸胎瘤1例；畸胎肉瘤1例；高分化脂肪肉瘤1例。

PPO gene was not detected in the multiple myelome、 malignant fibrous histiocytoma 、malignant lymphoma、malignant neurosarcoma、solitary plasmacytoma of bone、primitive neuroectodermal tumors、lipoma、 osteosarcoma and sarcoenchondroma.

PPO基因在多发性骨髓瘤、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、恶性淋巴瘤、恶性神经肉瘤、孤立性浆细胞肉瘤、原始神经外胚瘤、脂肪瘤、骨及软骨肉瘤等肿瘤中没有表达。在骨巨细胞瘤中有微弱表达。

A 46-year-old man presented with a gradually growing nodule on the left dorsal foot, which had been present for over 10 years. In the beginning, the lesion was treated as a keloid. Because of poor response to treatment, biopsy was arranged. Sections showed a dermal tumor composed of numerous foamy cells, hyalinized wiry collagen, spindle cells and entrapped collagen. The foamy cells were positive for KP1(CD68) and negative for S-100 protein and HMB-45. The histological and immunohistochemical results were consistent with the diagnosis of lipidized fibrous histiocytoma.

一位46岁男性从十年前开始於左足背上出现一个逐渐长大之结节，一开始被当作蟹足肿给予治疗，因为对治疗的反应不好，故安排了切片检查，病理显示一个由大量泡沫状细胞，坚硬而透明之胶原纤维，梭状细胞，胶原纤维束所构成的真皮肿瘤，免疫组织化学染色显示KP1(CD68)阳性，S-100 protein与HMB45阴性，综合病理与免疫组织化学染色结果，诊断为脂肪性纤维组织细胞瘤。
