背景：罹患肢体多发性脂肪瘤的病患很在意因为脂肪过多而导致外形上的明显畸形，尤其当这些脂肪长在病患裸露的上肢上会更明显。

Result There were 1 case with haematoma;25 cases with fiorous tubercle;1 case with cystoid pathological changes ;2 cases with nodulone cheese like neciosis; 1 case with lipoma.

结果 感染2例，脂肪液化5例，血肿1例，纤维结节25例，囊性样变1例，结节状干酪样坏死2例，脂肪瘤1例。

Results The present series included 28 cases of stromal tumor, 3 lipoma, 3 cyst, 5 ectopic pancrease, 2 esophageal cancer, 4 gastric cancer, 6 polyp, 6 protuberance from outside organ, 1 esophageal varix and 4 gastritis. 12 of the lesions were resected under endoscopy, and 11 patients were managed by surgery.

结果 62例食管、胃十二指肠隆起性病变患者中，包括间质瘤28例，脂肪瘤3例，囊肿3例，异位胰腺5例，食管癌2例，胃癌4例，息肉6例，外压性病变6例，食管静脉瘤1例，胃炎4例；其中12例行内镜下切除，11例行手术治疗。

Methods:The CT and MPd features of rare adrenal neoplasms verified with operation and pathology were investigated retrospectively in 21 eases. 这些肿瘤是鼻咽癌、副鼻窦癌、鼻腔癌、食管癌、卵巢癌，淋巴细胞性白血病、白色肉瘸、淋巴肉瘤，外阴癌、纤维肉瘤、原发性肝癌、小肠癌、结肠癌、乳腺癌，圆形细胞肉瘤、纤维瘤、脂肪瘤、马立克氏病、肾癌、畸胎瘤、膀胱乳头状瘤和口腔癌。

In 5 cases with lipomyeloschisis, subcutaneous lipoma projected into sacral canal which was bifida, lipoma/placode interface located into sacral canal.
