脂肪瘤

Results: 4 cases were geminoma, 3 cases were teratoma, 1 case was choriocarcinoma, 4 cases were glioma, 2 cases were meningiomas, pineoblstoma, neuroblastoma, dermoid cyst and arachnoid cyst each had one case. It maybe very difficult if we diagnosed only through MR signals. Due to the multitude origin of histology, we can diagnose through some special signals, such as adipose, cystic degeneration, hemorrhage and implant dissemination. We can also combined with clinical examination which is help to differential diagnosis.

结果：生殖细胞瘤4例，畸胎瘤3例，1例绒毛膜癌，胶质瘤4例，脑膜瘤2例，松果体母细胞瘤、神经母细胞瘤、皮样囊肿及蛛网膜囊肿各1例，仅通过MR信号较难诊断，由于肿瘤组织学来源多，可通过一些特殊信号如脂肪、囊变、出血、种植播散等，并结合临床检查来进行鉴别诊断。

Some of the laryngeal MFH were difficult to be differentiated from carcinosarcoma, pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma , myxoid liposarcoma ,malignant neurilemmoma and myxoma without immunohistochemical aids .

喉恶性纤维组织细胞瘤常规组织学与癌肉瘤、多形性横纹肌肉瘤、粘液型脂肪肉瘤、恶性神经鞘瘤、粘液瘤有时易混淆，免疫组织化学有助于明确诊断。

Results Of the 58 cases, 26 were inflammatory pseudotumors, 8 focal hyperplastic lesions, 7 hepatocellular adenomas, 7 lipomatous tumors, 5 cystadenomas, 3 tuberculosis, 1 harmatoma and 1 neurofibroma.

结果 58例中炎性假瘤26例，局灶性增生性病变8例，肝细胞腺瘤7例，脂肪类肿瘤7例，囊腺瘤5例，肝结核3例及错构瘤和神经纤维瘤各1例。

In 14 patients with angiogenic tumors of the soft tissue ( 13 benign tumors and 1 malignant tumor) were analyzed. Results Benign hemangiomas included cavernous (n=7), intramuscular (n=2), mixed (n=1), racemosum (n=1), glomus (n=1) and angiomatosis (n=1). The vascular component within the tumor displayed iso-intensity on T1WI relative to the skeletal muscle, and hyper-intensity on T2WI. One case of hemangiopericytoma showed slightly low signal on T1WI and slightly high signal on T2WI.

结果 13例良性肿瘤中，海绵状血管瘤7例，肌肉内血管瘤2例，混合型血管瘤、蔓状血管瘤、血管球瘤、血管瘤病各1例，瘤血管成分在T1WI上呈等信号，T2WI上呈高信号，肿瘤有不等量的纤维组织和脂肪组织；血管外皮细胞瘤1例，T1WI上呈略低信号，T2WI上呈略高信号。

A total of 150 mesenchymal neoplasms of the GI tract, abdominal cavity, and retroperitoneum were retrieved from consult and surgical pathology archives, including 54 GISTs (8 KIT-negative; 13 desmin-positive), 17 GI leiomyosarcomas, 11 GI mural leiomyomas, 13 leiomyomas of the muscularis mucosae, 12 gastric schwannomas, 15 inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors, 9 cases of mesenteric desmoid fibromatosis, 10 dedifferentiated liposarcomas, and 9 malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors.

我们从会诊病例及活检病例中找出150例间叶性肿瘤（来自胃肠道、腹腔和后腹膜），其中包括54例GISTs（8例KIT阴性、13例desmin阳性）、17例GI道平滑肌肉瘤、11例GI道肌壁间平滑肌瘤、13例GI道粘膜肌层平滑肌瘤、12例胃的神经鞘瘤、15例炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤、9例肠系膜韧带样纤维瘤、10例去分化型脂肪肉瘤和9例恶性外周神经鞘膜瘤。

None of the GISTs, desmoid tumors, inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors, schwannomas, dedifferentiated liposarcomas, or malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors showed cytoplasmic reactivity for smoothelin.

所有GISTs、韧带样纤维瘤、炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤、神经鞘瘤、去分化脂肪肉瘤和恶性外周神经鞘膜瘤病例的瘤细胞浆均不表达smoothelin。

结果：畸胎瘤含脂肪、纤维和液体等成分；纤维脂肪血管瘤含有粗大血管；骨巨细胞瘤呈溶骨性破坏，1例在T2WI有液-液平面；神经源性肿瘤通过骶孔与骶管内病变相连，神经节母细胞瘤和神经外胚层瘤破坏骶孔；9例脊索瘤在T2WI有条状低信号纤维结构和高信号粘液基质；未分化癌和淋巴瘤T1WI呈略低信号，T2WI呈略高和较高信号；19例转移瘤有多处骨骼破坏，5例只有骶椎侵犯。

We found that 1 mutant EG4 cells showed typical characteristics of pluripotent stem cells which had no obvious difference with wild cells; 2 When induced by 10〓 M retinoic acid , mutant EG4 cells differentiated into adipocytes with high frequency compared with mutant cells, suggested that EGFR plays a role in adipocyte differentiation; 3 when injected into nude mice, mutant teratocarcinomas contained a large amount of connective tissues as well as skeletal muscle, while wild EG4 cells produced frequently cartilage, keratinocyte and neuroepithelium.

我们建立了稳定表达胞内区功能缺失的外源EGFR cDNA片段的EG4细胞，分析其生长分化特性，发现 1）突变型细胞可在未分化状态下维持长时间的增殖，表明EGFR对EG多能干细胞表型无明显影响；2）〓 M的维甲酸A(retinoid acid A，RA)诱导后，大部分对照组细胞分化为脂肪细胞，而突变型细胞分化为脂肪细胞的比例明显较少，表明EGFR在脂肪细胞的发育分化中具有一定的调节作用；3）畸胎瘤切片分析显示，突变型瘤组织分布有大量的未分化细胞和结缔组织，分化细胞以肌肉细胞为主；对照组瘤组织含丰富的角质上皮、软骨、神经管等依赖EGFR的分化组织。
