Resulte: In 12 infective lesions, including purulent infection (4 cases) and tuberculosis (8 cases), the correct dignosis was made in 4cases by CR and in 11 cases by CT. In 16 soft tissue tumors, including lipoma (7 cases), fibrosarcoma (4 cases), hemangioma (1 case), neurofibroma (1 case), malignant fibrous histocytoma (1case), aggressive fibromatosis (1 case) and liposarcoma (1 case), the correct diagnosis was made in 3cases by CR and in 14 cases by CT. In 11 bone lesions, including fibrous dysplasia (7 cases), chondroma (2 cases), myeloma and cosinophilic granuloma (1 case), the correct diagnosis was made in 8cases by CR and in 10 cases by CT.

结果：感染组12例中(包括化脓性感染4例，胸壁结核8例)，CR准确诊断4例，CT诊断11例；软组织肿瘤组16例中(包括脂肪瘤7例，纤维肉瘤4例，血管瘤、神经纤维瘤、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、侵袭性纤维瘤病和脂肪肉瘤各l例)，CR准确诊断3例，CT诊断14例；骨肿瘤和肿瘤样病变组11例中(包括骨纤维异常增殖症7例，软骨瘤2例，多发性骨髓瘤和骨嗜酸性肉芽肿各1例)，CR准确诊断8例，CT诊断10例。

Results Among 85 cases, 46 cases were lipomas, Twenty-seven cases were sebaceous cysts, 19 cases were angeiomas, 8 cases were fibroids, 5 cases were ganglionic cysts, 3 cases were neurilemmomas,1 case was dermal nevus, 1 cases was fattey necrosis, 1 case was adipositis, 1 case was foreign-body granuloma,1 case was calcified epithelioma.

结果 85例中脂肪瘤46例，皮脂腺囊肿27例，血管瘤19例，纤维瘤8例，腱鞘滑液囊肿5例，神经鞘膜瘤3例，皮肤痣、脂肪坏死、脂膜炎、异物肉芽肿、钙化上皮瘤各1例。

结果 炎性假瘤 2 3例，局灶性脂肪变性 4例，脂肪瘤、局灶性结节性增生各 3例，结核球 2例，错构瘤 1例。

Clinical diagnostic considerations ranged from benign entities such as rhabdomyoma, intramuscular lipoma, fibromatosis, myositis ossificans, proliferative myositis, inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor, and inflammatory myopathy to malignant entities such as rhabdomyosarcoma, leiomyosarcoma, liposarcoma, and lymphoma.

这些病例的临床考虑多样，有良性的横纹肌瘤、肌内脂肪瘤、纤维瘤病、骨化性肌炎、增生性肌炎、炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤和炎性肌病，也有恶性的横纹肌肉瘤、平滑肌肉瘤、脂肪肉瘤和淋巴瘤。

Results 25 protuberances from outside organ (spleen, n=19; aorta, n=4; left hepatic lobe, n=1 and cyst of pancreatic tail, n=1) and 92 SMTs were detected by EUS including 63 myogenic ones (esophageal, n=34; gastric, n=29), 9 etopic pancreases in stomach, 8 esophgeal cysts, 3 varices in gastric fundus, 3 gastric lymphomas, 2 gastric lipomas, 2 Menetrier ' s disorders, 1 esophageal lipoma and varix each.

结果发现外压性改变25例（其中脾脏19例，主动脉弓4例，肝左叶、胰尾囊肿各1例）；粘膜下肿瘤92例，包括肌源性肿瘤63例（食管34例、胃29例），胃异位胰腺9例，食管囊肿8例，胃底静脉瘤3例，胃淋巴瘤3例，胃脂肪瘤2例，巨大胃粘膜肥厚症2例，食管脂肪瘤、食管静脉瘤各1例。

Results 7of22cases were angiomyolipoma,6were xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis,4were multilocular cystic nephroˉma,2were leiomyoma of kidney,2were renal abscess,one case were renal fibrolipoma.

结果 误诊为肾癌的良性占位病变22例，其中肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤合并出血7例，局灶型黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎6例，肾多发性囊性肾瘤4例，肾平滑肌瘤2例，肾脓肿2例，肾纤维脂肪瘤1例。

回顾性分析85例体表良性肿块的超声表现，总结其声像图特征，所有病例均经手术病理证实。结果 85例中脂肪瘤46例，皮脂腺囊肿27例，血管瘤19例，纤维瘤8例，腱鞘滑液囊肿5例，神经鞘膜瘤3例，皮肤痣、脂肪坏死、脂膜炎、异物肉芽肿、钙化上皮瘤各1例。

The postoperative pathology confirmed that cortical carcinoma was found in 5 cases and pheochromocytoma in 20 cases, malignant pheochromocytoma in 4 cases, malignant fibrous histiocytoma in 1 case, neurocytoma in 1 case, myelolipoma in 1 case, dysembryoma in 1 case, dysembryo-sarcoma in 1 case, well-differentiated liposarcoma in 1 case respectively.

术后病理提示皮质癌5例；嗜铬细胞瘤20例；恶性pheo 4例；恶性纤维组织细胞瘤1例；节神经细胞瘤1例；髓样脂肪瘤1例；畸胎瘤1例；畸胎肉瘤1例；高分化脂肪肉瘤1例。

Results: 5 protuberances from outside organ (aorta, n=2; spleen, n=1; gallblader, n=1; left hepatic lobe, n=1) and 82 SMTs were detected by mEUS including 45 leiomyomas (esophageal, n=38; gastric. N=7), 17 benign strornal tumours. 6 malignent stromal tumours in stomach. 4 Jipomas (esophageal, n=1; gastric, n=3), 3 varices in gastric fundus. 4 etopic pacreaces in stomach 3 cysts in duodenum. 19 leiomyomas derived from muscularis mucosa, 4 lipomas and 3 cysts derived from suhmucosa were resected by endoscopic snare cauterization. 3 varices in fundus were treated by nylon ligation. 5 malignent stromal tumours were resected surgically. Of which 30 were identified by pathology except 1 malignent stromal tumour was misdiagnosed as leiomyoma by EUS.

结果：mEUS检查的87例患者中，发现消化道壁外压迫5例（其中主动脉弓2例，脾脏1例，胆囊及肝左叶各1例）；粘膜下肿瘤82例，包括平滑肌瘤45例，良性间质瘤17例，恶性间质瘤6例，脂肪瘤4例，静脉瘤3例，异位胰腺4例，囊肿3例。19例起源于粘膜肌层的平滑肌瘤行高频电切除术切除，3例静脉瘤行尼龙圈套结扎，4例脂肪瘤及3例囊肿行高频电切除。5例恶性间质瘤行手术治疗。1例平滑肌瘤，切除后病理诊断为恶性间质瘤，其余的病理诊断与超声诊断相符。
