It was shown that the stable carbon isotope composition of beef tissue was primarily dependent on the diet the animals were fed,meanwhile theδ~(13)C values of cattle tail hair, defatted muscle and crude fat all enhanced with the increment of the proportions of C4 constituents in diet, but those values were on the contrary with the enhancement of the proportions of C3 constituents. Moreover, allδ~(13)C values of different tissues were significantly correlated with the content of C4 and C3 plant material. So, the main component of cattle feed could be investigated with the help ofδ~(13)C values. Theδ~(15)N values of beef tissues were affected by feed composition to some extent, but it had no regularity. The cattle tail hair and defatted muscle enriched in 13C to their feeds gave different results between the two groups, but cattle tail hair enriched in 15N much more than defatted muscle and in the proportion of 3‰- 5‰, plus, cattle variety and individual had effect on the proportion of enrichment.

结果表明，牛组织中碳同位素组成主要受饲料的影响，牛尾毛、脱脂肌肉、粗脂肪中的δ~(13)C值随着C4植物含量在牛饲料中的比例增加而升高，随着C3植物含量在牛饲料中的比例增大而降低，并且均与C4、C3植物含量呈极显著的相关性(P.01)，用牛组织中的δ~(13)C值可以调查牛饲料中的主要成分；牛组织中的氮同位素一定程度上受饲料因素的影响，但未随饲料组成成分的改变而呈现规律性变化；牛尾毛、脱脂肌肉相对饲料对13C的富集比例两组试验结果不一致，牛尾毛对15N的富集比例大于脱脂肌肉，富集比例约在3‰- 5‰，饲料种类、牛个体等因素对富集比例均有一定影响；牛尾毛、脱脂肌肉、粗脂肪中的δ~(13)C值三者之间相关性达到极显著水平(P.01)。

Decreasing the dietaryω6/ω3 clearly increased the contents of ALA, EPA and DPA, but not for DHA.

结果表明：①饲喂10：1的日粮显著增加6周龄AA鸡的体重和日采食量；②随着日粮ω6/ω3比值的降低，屠宰率和净膛率显著下降；低ω6/ω3比值的日粮增加腹脂率、皮下脂肪和肌间脂肪；③日粮ω6/ω3比值从18下降到2.6时，胸、腿肌滴水损失显著下降；除日粮比值从5降到2.6时胸肌b*值下降外，胸、腿肌变化规律相似，a*值和b*值变化趋势相反：a*值下降，b*值上升；④日粮ω6/ω3的降低，ω3 PUFA中ALA、EPA和DPA显著增加；⑤肝脏中ALA含量低于胸肌，而其长链衍生物C20：3、EPA和DHA的含量则是肝脏中含量较高。

In the adipose tissue of obese pigs,the percentagesof myristic acid(C14:0),linoleic(C18:2)and linolenic acid(C18:3)were lower(P＜0.01),and that of palmitate(C16:0)and stearic acid(C18:0)were higher(P＜0.01),the percentages of the total SFA washigher,and that of total UFA and total PUFA were lower,than thatof lean lean pigs respectively.

并且可以明显减轻白酒对小鼠中枢神经抑制作用；经治疗灌胃给药，可以显著降低酒精性脂肪肝大鼠和小鼠，总胆固醇、甘油三酯、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、丙二醛含量，降低酒精性脂肪肝大鼠肿瘤坏死因子含量，增加白蛋白和超氧化物歧化酶含量。

Pharmacodynamics experiments indicated that the drug obviously degraded the content of Cholesterol,Triglycerides,glutamic pyruvic transaminase and Maleic Dialdehyde in the Alcoholic fatty liver of rats and mice treated with by oral administration, it also degraded the content of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase, r-GLU,alkaline phosphatase and increased the content of Albumin and Superoxide Dismutase in the Alcoholic fatty liver of rats, and remarkably reduced depressant effect of the mice'centra nerve.

药效学实验表明，经预防灌胃给药，可以显著降低酒精性脂肪肝大鼠和小鼠，总胆固醇、甘油三酯、谷丙转氨酶、丙二醛含量，降低酒精性脂肪肝大鼠谷草转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶含量，增加白蛋白和超氧化物歧化酶含量。

The results showed that total of palmitic,stearic,oleic,linoleic and linolenic content of walnut was 99% of fat,unsaturated fatty acids was 91% of fat,total of linoleic and linolenic was 60% of fat.

结果表明：核桃的棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸含量之和占脂肪的99%，不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪的91%，亚油酸和亚麻酸含量之和占脂肪的60%。

Result and Conclusion: The yolk oils processed by daking and dry distillation are almost similar in the contents of fatty oils, type of fatty acids, acid value, iodine value, saponification value, relative density and refractive index, while obvious differences were found in the products processed by chloroform extraction.
