Objective To investigate the relationship between lipid deposition in the Bruchs membrane and the retinal pigment epitheliumcells and age,and characteristics of lipid deposition in the age-related macular degeneration.

目的 验证 Bruch膜及视网膜色素上皮(retinal pigment epithelium，RPE)脂类沉积与年龄的关系，以及老年性黄斑变性(age-related macular degeneration，AMD)病眼的脂类沉积特点。

结果 正常眼中Bruch膜中脂类沉积随年龄增长而增加，以中性脂类为主。

The results showed that water content decreased first, then increased in the gastrula stage of embryonic development, reached the highest content at the second phrase larvae stage and then began to decrease from the third phase larva stage. The content of lipid in the dry weight increased with the embryonic development stages, but decreased at intramembranous nauplius stage, the second phase larva, and the infant stage of larvae development. The rate of lipid in wet weight decreased and the content of C20:4w6、20:5w3 and C22: 6w3 decreased.

结果显示，黑斑口虾蛄在胚胎和幼体的发育过程中，水的体积分数先降低，至原肠胚期开始升高，到第二相幼体期达到最高，之后又有所回落；脂类占组织干重的比率呈升高趋势，但分别在膜内无节幼体、第二相幼体和仔虾蛄期略有降低；脂类占组织湿重的比率呈降低趋势；花生四烯酸、EPA和DHA的体积分数都呈降低趋势。

For the protein side chain,the band at 1 368 cm-1 assigned to the "buried" tryptophan shifted to 1 365 cm-1 of the "exposed" and the relative intensity reduced 59%. The relative intensity of 635 cm-1 assigned to the gauche conformation of the C—S decrased 15% and the band at 725 cm-1 increased 58%.These indicate that the structure of the protein changed in the diabetic serum.The relative intensity at 1 449 cm-1 assigned to the lipids characteristic increased 58%.The relative intensity of the glucide characteristic at 1 331,1 099 and 740 cm-1 increased 35%,100% and 62%,respectively.

蛋白质侧链色氨酸吲哚环&埋藏式&的谱线1 368 cm-1位移到&暴露式&的1 365 cm-1，且相对强度减少了59%；侧链C—S键的扭曲构象的谱线635 cm-1相对强度减少了15%，而反式构象的谱线725 cm-1增加了58%，说明C—S键的扭曲构象部分转变为反式构象，表明糖尿病人血清中蛋白质的有序结构发生变化；类脂物特征峰1 449 cm-1相对强度增加了58%，与糖类有关的特征峰谱线1 331，1 099和740 cm-1相对强度分别增加了35%，100％和62%，从而表明糖尿病人血清中与脂类和糖蛋白有关的物质含量增加。

The free fatty acids were extracted with petroleum ether and were separated on silicon gel column chromatography. It is suggested that mechanisms protecting epidermis of squamata species from UVB damage may involve in (1) Physical defensive mechanism: the death epidermal layer limited UVB transmitting to the viable cells;(2) Biochemical defensive mechanism: up-regulated CAT may protect skin from reactive oxygen species which may induced by UVB. Moreover, the lipid and proteins in the β-, meso- and α-layer may absorb incident UVB and formed damaged products that were limited in the original site;(3) Cellular defensive mechanism: quick initiating of proliferation of the germinal cells and forming of the new epidermis and shedding out the damaged epidermis shortened the damage process and restricted the damage area.
