Objective: To explore the possibility of Bacillus Coagulans (called TQ33 for short) for lowering total cholesterol and triglyceride and increasing HDL-C of experimental hyperlipemia rats by blood lipin testing.

目的 根据血脂检查法，探讨TQ33对实验性高脂血症大鼠模型降低血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂和升高高密度脂蛋白的可能性。

High-fat feeding of both strains led to decreased serum triglycerides, hepatic steatosis, and hypercholesterolemia; howeer, B6 mice deeloped worse steatosis and a larger increase in LDL cholesterol. Both B6 background and high-fat feeding increased sterol regulatory element-binding protein-1c (SREBP-1c), a key regulator of lipogenic gene transcription, and its downstream targets.

The level of HLD-C was higher.,the level of MDA in Tiaozhi Hugan decoction was lower significantly, the level of SOD was higher significantly（in all group P＜0.01）Conclusion It suggests that the pharmacodynamics mechanisms of Tiaozhi Hugan Decoction to fatty liver induced by high fatty diet are lowering body weight and liver index, adjusting lipometabolism, improving liver function and having anti-lipid peroxidation effects.

调脂护肝方干预非酒精性脂肪肝的药效机制为：降低体重与肝指数，调整脂质代谢，改善肝功能，抗脂质过氧化。

OR＞1 indicates dangerous factor, OR＜1 protective factor, and OR=1 no significance. The results showed that if triglyceride and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol increased an average level of normal respectively, and there would be OR of TG 2.43 (P＜0.05) and OR of VLDL-C 6.09 (P＜0.05), the high levels of TG and VLDL-C were the factors of lithogenesis. High density lipoprotein cholesterols (HDL1-C, HDL2-C, HDL3-C), with OR less than one, were the factors of protecting against the formation of gallstone.

Methods: One hundred cases of SLE were collected and divided into four groups according to the diagnostic criteria for hyperlipemia and hepatic involvement in SLE: hyperlipemia, nonhyperlipemia, hepatic involvement and nonhepatic involvement groups.

收集SLE患者100例，根据高脂血症和狼疮性肝损害的诊断标准，将患者分为高脂血症组，非高脂血症组和肝损害组，非肝损害组，收集其相关临床数据进行比较分析。

The lipid peroxidation of S. maxima cultured in the presence of 4 to 100mg Se/L analysed showed that the contents of free radicals by EPR and malondialdehyde increased, of which the latter was the products of lipid peroxidation. These resulted in the decrease of the contents of liposoluble matter and percentage of polyunsaturated fatty acids, and the increase of percentage of saturated fatty acids. Using dimethyl sulfoxide , which was oxidized by OH·to form the stable and nonradical compound, methane sulfinic acid , as a molecular probe, we found that the contents of MSA from S. maxima growing in the presence of selenium were higher than those without selenium added, i. e. selenium in vivo was able to scavenge OH. in this alga.

对4～100mg Se/L范围内培养的S.maxima进行脂质过氧化的分析结果表明，加硒条件下藻细胞EPR自由基的含量与脂质过氧化产物的含量增加，造成细胞脂溶性物质含量和不饱和脂肪酸百分含量下降，以及饱和脂肪酸的百分含量相对上升；使用DMSO作分子探针，用它与OH·的反应产物MSA来表示藻细胞OH·含量，发现加硒条件下藻细胞MSA含量低于未加硒的，即硒在藻细胞内具有清除OH·作用。

LDL of serum in healthy person was separated by improve precipitate method.Results:Pae(300,150 mg.kg-1)could reduce significantly the levels of MDA of serum,aorta and liver;Pae(300 mg.kg-1)decreased obviously the content of OX-LDL of plasma;Pae1 000,200,40 μg.ml-1refrained markadly the course of oxidational decorate of LDL of serum in healthy person.

结果：Pae(300，150 mg.kg-1)可明显抑制高脂大鼠血清、主动脉及肝脏脂质过氧化反应；Pae(300 mg.kg-1)显著减少高脂大鼠血浆LDL的氧化修饰；Pae(1 000，200，40 μg.ml-1)对健康人血清LDL的体外氧化反应有极显著抑制效应。

HPV infection can arouse the cleavage and proliferation of cholesteatoma epithelium and may play certain role in the occurrence and development of middle ear cholesteatoma.
