Online learning must be the main stream and online test will substitute the traditional paper-and-pencil test in the future. In order to respond to the coming of online learning era, how to make good use of the Internet is an important issue. Teachers can design online test questions to effectively understand students' learning performance and control their learning condition. Then teachers can provide remedial programs. Therefore, developing a flawless online test system to satisfy users' request is a critical issue both in practical and academicals.

网路学习必然是未来发展趋势，线上测验也逐渐取代传统考卷测验方式成为主流，为因应网路教学时代来临，如何善用网际网路让教师得以藉由线上测验之试题设计，而能更有效进行测验与验收学生之学习成效，且充份掌握学生之学习情况，后续即能针对能力较弱之处进行补救教学，因此，建构完善的线上测验系统以符合使用者需求，对实务界及学术界来说，都是一项很值得进行研究之议题。

研究结果显示，企业公关部门与企业基金会所能达成的企业目的相同，却是透过不同的方向去进行：企业公关部门偏向营利观点，而企业基金会则扮演非营利形象的角色，透过赞助艺文的方式，与公共关系部门形成相辅相承的的互补关系；在企业基金会的艺文赞助行为上乃是融合行销与公关的概念，形成企业「行销公关」的一环；另外在艺文团体与企业基金会的关系上，是走向双向「互助合作」，而非单向的「赞助」关系；最后，企业经营者应衡量企业的能力，从人员专业程度、企业资源及调整企业内外群众关系的能力来决定是否应设立企业基金会从事艺文赞助行为。

After an overview of translatability study both inside and outside the country, the thesis argues convincingly for translatability from three perspectives: firstly, as language has the capacity to describe both known and unknown things, the denial of translatability presupposes a denial of various languages' potentiality to express the inexpressible; secondly, untranslatability is due to the lack of knowledge on the part of the translator, and so untranslatability is indeed "unknowability"; lastly, untranslatability arises because of the difficulty in translation, and the so-called untranslatability is actually the loss incurred in translation.

本文在梳理了国内与国外关于可译性的观点的基础上，从三个方面论证了翻译的可行性：语言的本质是描述已知或未知的事物，否认翻译的可行性在本质上否定语言具有表达描述未知事物的能力；其次，不可译源自于译者的知识和能力的有限，不可译其实是不可知；第三部分对主要的不可译观点进行了理论剖析，提出不能因为翻译难就将其归为不可译。

Based on deeply understanding of creative educational theory ,and combining characteristics of the psychological characteristics of high school students and it of the subjects of the geographic ,from the area of the core of the creative ability -- the innovative thinking ,we discussed how we,ll cultivate creative ability of students in geography teaching in high school to achieve organic combinate quality education and examination-oriented education.

本文在对创造教育理论深入了解的基础上，结合高中学生的心理特点以及地理学科的特点，试从创造能力的核心——创新思维的培养方面出发，就如何在高中地理教学中培养学生的创造能力进行了探讨，以达到素质教育与应试教育有机的结合，即在提高学生学习成绩的同时又能使其创造能力得以形成和发展。

A number of research outcomes were concludedThe main conclusions: 1 the capital intensive, recourses intensive, scale-based benefit, high pollution and high industrial correlativeness are five most influential factors in paper industry; 2 theoretically, resources endowment, financing ability, quality of enterprise, structure of industrial organization, relevant industries, and the institutional environment are six key components of competitive power for regional paper industry. Among them, quality of enterprise, financing ability and the structure of industrial organization are the key elements for regional competition in paper industry; 3 the assessment of the competitiveness power of Fujian paper industry has showed that during 1999-2005, the competitiveness power of Fujian paper industry was stable; 4 financing ability and the structure of industrial organization have positive impact on the competitiveness power of paper industry; 5 The SWTO analysis shows that the advantage of Fujian paper industry is resource abundance, however, the disadvantages are financing ability and the structure of industrial organization.

主要结论有：①资本密集、资源密集、规模效益显著、污染型、产业关联度大等5个方面是造纸产业最为重要的5个特性；②从理论上分析，区域造纸产业竞争力的主要构成要素包括资源禀赋、融资能力、企业素质、产业组织结构、关联产业与制度环境等6个要素，其中企业素质、融资能力与产业组织结构是区域造纸产业的核心要素；③从福建省造纸产业综合竞争力的纵向测评结果来看，1999-2005年福建省造纸产业综合竞争力的表现较为稳定；④融资能力与产业组织结构对区域造纸产业竞争力具有显著的正向影响作用，它们是区域造纸产业竞争力最重要的影响因素；⑤根据SWOT分析结果表明，福建省在资源--对区域造纸产业竞争力影响有限的因素—拥有竞争优势，而在融资与产业组织结构等—对区域造纸产业竞争力有重要影响的因素-处于竞争劣势。

Three-factor Jensen model reveals that 82% of all the funds have positive alphas and half of these alphas are statistically significant. And also, the average of the sample funds' alphas and the alpha of the equal-weighted fund are both positive and statistically significant. These illustrate that the sample funds have excellent performance when size and style factors are considered.(4) The study shows that Chinese funds as a whole do not exhibit excellent skills for stock selection and market timing.

A new study idea that makes the occupant injury prevention research and CAD/CAE technology on an integrate mathematical model by means of feature theories and feature design technologies was brought, and it is maybe useful if we study automobile passive safety on a new view of point.The conclusions of this thesis included that what are the main factors of airbag-related injuries and the preventive measures, based on the research of the relationships between injury parameters, such as HIC, chest acceleration, neck force, neck moment, femur axial force etc, and impact speed, belt-use, occupant size (50th and 5th), sitting position and so on. The thesis evaluated whether the effectiveness of the airbag can be increased by making the airbag adaptive to the crash conditions, and points out that the size of the ventilation hole has the dominating influence on the performance of the airbag and is a key factor for intelligent airbag, multi-stage and lower-power inflator can cost effectively minimize the risk of injury to occupants from crashes. It is important for the researchers of intelligent airbag to keep the small size unbelted occupants in focus and it is necessary to study deeply the influence of airbag fold patterns and the extremity out-of-position situation. These topics are important in the study of occupant injury prevention and vehicle safety design.

论文研究得出产生气囊损伤的主要原因和防护措施；在研究汽车碰撞速度、安全带使用情况、乘员的体型5~(th和50~、乘员乘坐的位置等不同事故条件作用下，乘员的头部、颈部、胸部和腿部损伤参数变化规律的基础上，论文从能量因素出发，深入研究了安全气囊卸载能力、气体发生器产气能力和气囊折叠对乘员损伤参数的影响，指出起卸载作用的排气孔其截面积是智能型安全气囊最重要的控制参数之一，以及采用降能展开或二次充气气囊有助于提高汽车安全防护性等重要结论；论文在参数分析的基严内容提要2 础上得出的智能型安全气囊应以不佩戴安全带的5乘员作为主要防护目标进行研究、有必要深入研究气囊折叠形式和司机处于极端离位状况时对损伤参数的影响等结论，对深入进行汽车乘员碰撞损伤研究和汽车安全性设计都具有重要的理论和工程实际意义。
