Thinking over to the survey and connecting with remands of the course standard to the pupils'speaking communicative abilities, the author bring up some speaking teaching to improve the pupils'Chinese speaking communicative abilities. As teachers, we must renew our own speaking teaching ideas stepping out from the thinking, role and studying wrong areas; we should improve our own language qualities and make solid foundation; we should explore the ways to improve the Chinese speaking communicative teaching results. Such as: paying much attention to training of listening and speaking; making full use of the class teaching; giving full play to the teachers'guide role in every procedure; trying to get the result of reacting from two sides; connecting the speaking teaching with the regular reading and writing teaching together; getting the feed back in time; setting up a whole scientific evaluative system and speaking teaching material store.

对调查情况进行反思，结合课程标准对小学生口语交际能力要求，提出了提高该地区小学语文口语交际教学水平的对策：教师要更新口语交际教学理念，走出认识误区、角色误区和科研误区；教师要提高自身语言素质，夯实口语教学底蕴；积极探索提高口语交际教学效果的途径和方法，如重视教材中的听说训练课，充分利用课堂这一特定形式，在各个环节中充分发挥教师的主导作用，努力实现双向互动，把口语交际能力训练同常规的阅读教学、作文教学紧密结合，口语训练要与课外阅读相结合，加强语言和知识积累，精心创设情境，激发兴趣，在日常生活中锻炼和培养学生的口语交际能力，要及时评价反馈，保证课时；探索科学的评价方案，建立完整科学的评价体系；建立口语交际教学资料库。

Age structure is young teacher is too much; professional ranks and titles structure is absent high professional ranks; educational structure is raising step and step, but no doctor degree teacher; area structure is reasonable, teacher graduate is concentrating one or two college and university, it is not good for academic circles and development. Scientific research ability is obviously sufficient. Teaching ability is competent undergraduate course, but main courses are taught by serener ranks teacher; teachers is confidence in professional training ability.

在年龄特征上，年青教师比例偏高；在职称结构上，高职称教师比例偏低；在学历结构上，高学历比例在逐年提高，无博士学位教师，在提高学历结构的道路上还有很长的路要走；在学缘结构上，基本合理，但省内高校毕业的教师过分集中于一两所学校，不利于学术的交流与发展；在科研能力上，明显不足；教学能力，基本能够胜任本科教学的需要，但有初级职称担任主干课程的现象，会对教学质量产生一定的影响；在对训练能力和专业技术水平上，教师对自己充满信心。

结果表明，向日葵地上部生物量显著高于酸模和戟叶酸模；处理50d时，向日葵地上部134Cs比活度在3种植物中达到最高，而在处理70d时，酸模地上部134Cs的比活度达到最高；处理70d时，酸模、戟叶酸模和向日葵对134Cs的富集系数均大于1，分别达到1.5、1.4和1.3，且前2种植物继续保持快速上升的趋势。3种植物对铯污染土壤具有一定的忍耐性，并具有较强的从土壤向植物转移铯的能力；在本实验期内（70d）向日葵对土壤中放射性铯的剔除能力最强，而酸模和戟叶酸模则具有更强的铯转移能力。

This paper briefly introduces the relationship between culture and language, unravels the awareness of cross-culture communication and tentatively explores how to develop university students cross-culture communication competence in college English teaching.

The result shows that the cooling capacity increases with increasing generator heat transfer. The coefficient of performance of the system increases when the quantity of the generator heat transfer is increased from 6 kW to 7 kW, however it decreases in the range of 7 kW-9 kW. When the fan frequency increases, the temperature of liquid ammonia leaving condenser decreases, while the cooling capacity and the COP of the system increases. When the flow rate and inlet temperature of water/glycol increases, the evaporator takes more heat away and the cooling capacity and COP of the system increases.

其结果可发现当发生器加热量增加，系统温度增加系统冷冻能力增加，但其COP於6 kW-7 kW 系统COP会有先增加，於7 kW-9 kW，系统COP会有下掉的趋势；在冷凝器方面，当风扇频率增加，冷凝器温度降低时，冷凝器出口冷媒随之降低，系统冷冻能力会有所提高，COP亦增加；在蒸发器方面，蒸发器卤水出口温度及卤水流量增加，可以使蒸发器带走更多的热量其系统冷冻能力及COP也就会相对增加。
