Results 3 patients suffering bronchopleural fistula were all cured and 13 of 16 patients of anastomses leakage were cured, with a rate of 81.25%, the average hospital time was 46 days, one patient died of bleeding and one died of lung infection, the other gave up therapy and discharged selfly.

Results: The main manifestations of imaging in PCCCL appeared as peripheral nodules or masses (6/7) in the right lung. Tiny nodules with coarse spiculate margin, lack of pleural indentation and vacuole sign. When masses of turmor grew larger, smooth margins were found in them. spinous process and cavity were seldom seen. Central mass of left lung superior lobe (n=1), lesion was lobulated, and with smooth margin, which seem others central carcinoma of the lung.

结果：PCCCL影像学上主要表现为右肺周围性肿块或结节(6/7)，结节边缘可见毛刺征，无胸膜凹陷征、空泡征；肿块较大时，边缘光滑，无棘状突起、空洞等征象，1例左肺上叶中心性分叶状肿块，边缘光滑，酷似其它类型肺癌。

Results: Forty- four nodules were available for final evaluation. Average nodule volume was 501.9 mm3(range,17mm3～2496.4mm3).Thirty-two nodules had well-defined edges, and 12 had irregular or spiculated margins.

结果： 44个结节作为最终体积测量对象，肺小结节体积变化范围17 mm3～2496.4 mm3 ，平均值为501.9 mm3.32个结节边缘光滑，12个边缘不规则或呈针尖状。31个结节位于肺实质内，9个靠近胸膜，4个邻近血管。41个呈实性未见钙化，2个斑点状钙化，1个完全钙化。

Results Manifest of high resolution CT scanning: lobulation sign (91.3%); spiculatecd sign(87%); pleural indentation sign (78.3%); vascularnotch sign (54.3%); sign of air bronchus and vacuole (34.8%); spinose processus (32.65%); milling glass dens (10.9%); calcification (8.7%).

结果：HRCT表现：（1）分叶征（91.3%）；（2）毛刺征（87%）；（3）胸膜凹陷征78.3%；（4）血管集束征54.3%；（5）空气支气管征及空泡征34.8%；（6）棘状突起32.6%；（7）磨玻璃样密度10.9%；（8）钙化8.7%。

Results: 3D CT completely and stereoscopically demonstrated the lesion's morphology, as well as the relation to the adjacent vessels in all 37 cases. The inner and outer pleurae near the lesion and the relationship between SPN and adjacent bronchi were well displayed in 34 cases.
