Methods:of 70 cases with traumatic pelvic fracture associated with injuries of other organ, 16 were treated by lienectomy, 7 were treated by liver repair, 6 were treated by colon operation, 6 were treated by intestine inosculation, 4 were treated by bladder fistulatome, 10 were treated by ligation of internal iliac arteries, 1 was treated by half-pelvic excision, 4 were treated by angioembolization, 5 were treated by conduction.results: totally 11 cases were dead, death rate was 15.5%.

对71例外伤性骨盆骨折合并其他部位伤的病例进行不同方法的诊治：脾切除16例，肝修补7例，结肠手术6例，小肠修补吻合6例，膀胱造瘘4例，髂内动脉结扎10例，半骨盆离断术1例，髂血管探查取栓4例，胸腔闭式引流5例。结果：全组死亡11例，死亡率15.5%。1例死于肺栓塞，1例死于ards，1例死于mof，8例死于出血性休克。

Methods Sonographic charactistics of 133 cases with pleural or pulmonary diseases were analyzed retrospectively,and the results were compared with those of chest X-ray film,including 107 cases of tuberculous pleurisy,21 cases of malignant tumor of lung and pleura,1 case of lobar pneumonia,2 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor and 2 cases of hemopneumothorax.

结果 129例（97%）有胸腔积液，表现三类型。21例肿瘤病例中14例（67%）发现肿块，1例中心型肺癌和1例大叶性肺炎呈肺实变表现，类似肝脏声像图表现，血气胸有外伤史，39例（29%）B超漏诊肺内同时存在的病变。

Results CT scans clearly showed lung contusions in 117,lung laceration and haematoma in 19,atelectasis in 24, haemothroax in 67, pneumothorax in 45, hemopneumothorax in 52, mediastinum haematoma in 7, pneumomediastinum in 8,pneumoderma in 25, diaphragmatic hernia in 17, fracture of rib in 103, and flail chest in 34 fractures.

结果诊断肺挫伤117例，肺挫裂伤及肺内血肿19例，肺不张24例，血胸67例，气胸45例，血气胸52例，纵隔血肿7例，纵隔积气8例，皮下气肿25例，膈疝17例，肋骨骨折103例，连枷胸34例。143例（84.1％）经非手术处理，其中43例行胸腔闭式引流术，22例行机械呼吸支持。

Results There were all 129 cases（97％） with hydrothorax,which showed as 3 types.14 cases （67%） from 21 cases of tumor were found with lumps;1 case of central type of lung cancer and 1 case of lobar pneumonia had shown an appearance of consolidation of lung and the similar sonographic appearance to liver;the cases of hemopneumothorax the medical record of surgical trauma.

Thorax X-ray check should be done to the thoracic trauma cases within 3 weeks in order to find the delayed hemopneumothorax. Therapy methods include symptomatic treatment and surgical treatment according to the condition of disease.

胸部受创伤后3周内应定期行胸部X线检查，警惕迟发性血气胸的发生，确诊后应根据病情予对症观察治疗或采取胸穿术、胸腔闭式引流术或剖胸术。

The mortality was 1.0%.Conclusion:It was best treatment that earlier close thoracic drainage for hemopneumothorax,earliest thoracotomy for penetrating heart injury and break of the trachea and bronchus,immediately rescued operation for thoracogastric trauma,and more departments coorperation for chest trauma combined multiple damage.

血气胸的治疗强调及早胸腔闭式引流，心脏穿透伤和气管支气管破裂强调尽早开胸手术修补，对胸腹联合伤应果断采取抢救性手术，对合并多发伤者则应加强多学科协作以提高救治成功率。

Results Total 19 times of postoperative respiratory complications occurred in 4 cases which included hepatopulmonary syndrome, pleural effusion, atelectasis, stethemia, pulmonary interstitial edema, pneumonia and tracheorrhagia.

结果 4例肝移植术后出现各种呼吸道并发症19例次，包括肝肺综合征、胸腔积液、肺不张、肺充血、肺间质水肿、肺感染及呼吸道出血。
