Plain scan and enhanced scan were performed in these patients with Siemens 64-slice spiral CT with the following parameters: 1.0-mm section thickness,0.6-mm collimation,pitch of 1, voltage of 120Kv and tube current of 100mAs, The scanning range is from the thoracic inlet to posterior costophrenic angle; A 80-100ml dose of nonionic iodinated contrast material is injected intravenously at approximately 4-5 ml/sec.

扫描采用Siemens 64层螺旋CT；扫描参数选择层厚1 mm，准直0.6mm，螺距1，管电压120 kV，电流100 mAs；扫描范围从胸廓上口至后肋膈角；强化时对比剂为非离子型对比剂(碘海醇，350 mg I/ml)，注射流率4～5 ml/s，对比剂总量80～100 ml；采用人工智能触发扫描技术，触发点选择肺动脉主干横断层面，阈值为100 HU，触发扫描延迟时间为6 s。

结果 107例中发现骨转移22例，阳性率20.6%。其中无骨痛患者发生骨转移4例，单发转移9例，多发转移13例。发现骨转移灶的部位依次为胸廓(61处)、骨盆(41处)、脊柱(39处)、四肢(8处)及头颅(4处)。随乳腺癌术后回访年限的增加，骨转移阳性率增加。

目的 根据14例患者外伤后支气管断裂的ct和x线表现，分析其起因、外伤类型和ct、x线应用价值及优劣势。方法对14例支气管断裂患者的临床资料、x线平片、ct片进行分析、总结。结果外伤性支气管断裂的主要影像学表现①支气管截断征；②肺不张与肺坠落征；③胸腔积液、积气；④纵隔、皮下气肿；⑤胸廓多发骨折；⑥合并创伤性湿肺等。结论对于外伤性支气管断裂结合x线摄片和ct检查是可以早期明确诊断的。

Six months later, compare the therapeutic effect of two groups, body function, activity index number of pathogenetic condition, total self-assessment, rachialgia, rachiodynia rhachitis, activity of thoracic skeleton, schober, distance between fingers and ground, antisternum hypsokinesis, ESR, C reactive protein have statistics difference, others have no statistics difference. Conclusion: Two rattan mixture has the certain therapeutic effect of theating Ankylosing Spondylitis.

治疗6个月后，二藤合剂组与柳氮磺吡啶组比较，患者躯体功能、病情活动指数、总体自我评价、脊柱痛、脊柱炎症、胸廓活动度、Schober、指地距、脊柱后仰、血沉、C反应蛋白的改善有统计学差异(P＜0.05)，余观察指标两组间比较无统计学差异。

二藤合剂组治疗6个月后其各项观察指标(包括躯体功能、病情活动指数、肿胀关节总数、总体自我评价、脊柱痛、脊柱炎症，胸廓活动度、Schober、指地距、脊椎左屈、脊椎右屈、脊椎后仰、枕墙距、血沉、C反应蛋白)与治疗前相比，均有统计学差异(P＜0.05)；柳氮磺吡啶组除枕墙距外，其余观察指标亦均有统计学差异(P＜0.05)。
