Methods: Two hundred and forty-seven patients with head and neck lesions were operated on from 1983 to 2001. The surgical procedure was decided on the pathologic conditions. The surgical defects were repaired by pectoralis major myocutanous flap or combined with delto-ectopectoralis flap, split skin flap, laryngotracheal flap, tongue flap, stomach flap, sternohyoid myofascial flap, sternocleidomastoid myoperiosteal flap, epiglottis flap.

1983至2001年手术治疗了247例头颈部肿瘤患者，用胸大肌肌皮瓣或联合其他组织瓣如胸三角皮瓣、裂层皮片、喉气管瓣、舌根瓣、胃瓣、胸骨舌骨肌筋膜瓣、胸锁乳突肌骨膜瓣、会厌瓣等对术中组织缺损进行了整复。

In the article, we took part sample out of 158 patients to exam the expression level of Bcl-2 and Fas in myasthenic thymus tissue, and to find the role of which in whole pathogenesis. we also try to find the role of neopterin and sIL-2R through examing the concentration of neopterin and sIL-2R in peripheral blood of 26 MG patients. Material and methods1.select of case: to choose 158 patients who wear followed up from 1988 to 2002 after operation. 本文拟在对全组病例的远期预后进行流行病学统计分析的基础上，通过抽取一定量样本，研究重症肌无力患者胸腺组织中伽 12、Fas的异常表达及生发中心的形成在重症肌无力发病机制中可能的作用，以及它们对胸腺切除术后远期预后的影响；与之相似，通过检测部分样本外周血清中新碟吟和可溶性IL－2受体的浓度及其与正常对照组的差异，以期推测两者在重症肌无力起病及病情进展中的作用和意义，并分析其对胸腺切除术后远期预后的影响。

The expression of Cat V was significantly raised in the epithelial-rich and mixed cell thymomas when compared with that in the lymphocyte-rich ones. No statistically significant difference was found on the variables such as perioperative myasthenic crisis, sex or age of patient, duraton of sickness and expression of Cat V.

上皮细胞型(75.00%)和混合细胞型(85.00%)胸腺瘤中Cat V阳性表达率显著高于淋巴细胞型(21.21%)(P.01)，而上皮细胞型与混合细胞型之间差异无统计学意义；良性与恶性胸腺瘤中Cat V阳性表达率差异无统计学意义；男性患者与女性患者之间、35岁以上患者与以下患者之间胸腺瘤中Cat V阳性表达率差异均无统计学意义。

Results (1) A typical pectus deformity occurred in rat underwent cutting off the lower three couples of costal cartilages bilaterally near the sternum, its presentation of pectus deformity can be compared with that in patients. 12 rats with PE who were performed Nuss procedure were survived without died from operation and the resume course was smoothly, all but three obtained desired configuration of chest wall.

4周龄SD大鼠134只，通过以不同方式切断或切除下位三对肋软骨观察术后胸廓发育，并对再生肋软骨进行形态学观察和免疫组织化学染色；用&Z&字形钢针对漏斗胸模型大鼠实施仿Nuss手术，通过胸廓外观和CT扫描进行评价：结果进行统计学分析。

We found that intravenously administered arginine significantly decreased the spleen weight, the serum interleukin-6 level, and IL-6 production by leukocytes, splenic macrophages, and thymocytes; significantly decreased tumor-necrosis factor-α production of leukocytes and thymocytes; and significantly increased the stimulating index of cell proliferation in T-thymocytes in peritonitic rats.

结果显示，静脉给予arginine显著降低腹膜炎大鼠脾脏重量、血清间白素-6、与白血球、脾脏巨噬细胞及胸腺细胞IL-6分泌量，且显著降低白血球与胸腺细胞肿瘤坏死因子-α分泌量，但显著增加胸腺细胞增生的刺激指数。

The distance from accessory nerve to the great auricular nerve was about 1.24±0.51cm, to clavicular midpoint 10.72±1.67cm, and 12.46±1.19cm to sternoclavicular joint after leaving the posterior edge of sternocleidomastoid muscle.

副神经在胸锁乳突肌后缘穿出点距耳大神经在胸锁乳突肌后缘穿出点上方(l.24±0.51)cm，距锁骨中点(10.72±1.67)cm，距胸锁关节(12.46±1.19)cm。

Results The effective rat e in patients with lung cancer and hydrothorax was 54.9%and 80.4%,respectively .The effective rate for mild、moderate and severe hydrothorax were 100%(12/12),8 2.1%(23/28)and 54.5%(6/11)(P.025).The side effects were arrest of bone marrow,dige stive tract reaction and alopecia.

结果肺癌总有效率54.9%；胸腔积液的有效率为80.4%，其中少量胸水有效率100%(12/12)，中量胸水有效率82.1%(23/28)，大量胸水54.5%(6/11)，三者间有差异(P.025)；毒副反应主要是骨髓抑制、消化道反应和脱发。

Compared with standard images,bony images showed bony thorax more clearly,especially the ribs overlapped by heart and the subphrenic structures,and soft tissue images showed lung lesions more clearly.
