The results were as follows: Compared with control group, the weight and the relative weight of thymuses, bursas of Fabricius and spleens of experiment group increased significantly(P＜0.05) or extremely significantly(P＜0.01). In experiment group, the cortex of thymic lobule, bursa nodule and Periarterial Lymphatic Sheaths thicken obviously; the volume of bursa nodule, splenic nodule and ellipsoid augmented, and the germinal center of splenic nodule were obvious; the thymic corpuscle increased; the plica of bursas of Fabricius developed well and the degenerating of it retarded.

结果表明：试验组鸡胸腺、腔上囊、脾的重量和器官指数均高于对照组，差异显著(P＜0.05)或极显著(P＜0.01)；试验组的胸腺小叶皮质增厚，胸腺小体增多；腔上囊皱襞发达，腔上囊小结体积大，皮质较厚，退化延缓；脾的动脉周围淋巴鞘增厚，脾小结体积大，生发中心明显，椭球增大。

Results: The male patients appeared more than females in spinal cord AVMs, but the occult intramedullary AVMs had the same morbidity The patients with intramedullary AVMs and perimdeullary AVF were younger, in contrast, patients with dural AVF were usually older than 40 years of age. The intra - medullary AVMs were most common located in the cervical and thracic - lumbar spinal cord, the perimedullary AVF and dural AVF were most seen in the low thracic of lumbar region. The most common initial symptom associated with intramedullary lesions was accute onset where as the progressive aggravation was the most common presenting symptom in cases of dural AVF. The prognosis of the patients with intramedullary lesions had hemorrhage was worse than who without hemorrhage.

结果：脊髓AVM s中，隐匿型AVMs无明显的性别差异，余各类型男性均多于女性；髓内AVMs、髓周AVF以青少年多见，硬膜型AVF发生于中老年；髓内AVMs多见于颈髓及胸腰段脊髓，髓周AVF及硬膜型AVF多见于胸腰段；髓内AVMs以急性起病多见，髓周AVF表现为进行性加重，少数可急性发作，硬膜型AVF以慢性起病多见；髓内出血者预后较无出血者差。

黑胸大蠊是在我国城乡室内分布的主要蟑螂种类，黑胸大蠊浓核病毒(Periplaneta fuliginosa Densovirus， PfDNV)是国内外第一个分类鉴定的蟑螂浓核病毒。

Methods: Eighty mice were randomly divided into high, middle, and low dosage groups which were orally given 1.5 g/kg, 0.75 g/kg, 0. 375 g/kg of ant powder respectively, twice a day for 10 days. A blank control group was set up which was given water instead. Body weight, thymus weight and spleen weight were measured. Thymus indexes and spleen index were calculated. Neutrophil phagocytose rate, Ea and Et rosette formation rate of T lymphocytes, and hemolysin titre were detected. QHS values were achieved with spleen cell mediated sheep red cell spectrophotometer quantitative assay.

根据黑蚂蚁的用药量将小鼠分成高、中、低剂量及空白对照组，黑蚂蚁粉给药量按小鼠体重1.5g/kg、0.75g/kg、0.375g/kg计算，连续10d灌胃给药后，测定各组小鼠的体重、胸腺和脾脏重量，计算胸脾指数；检测中性粒细胞的吞噬率、T淋巴细胞E花环形成率及小鼠的溶血素效价和脾细胞介导的羊红细胞分光光度计定量测定法。

MethodsThe transplanted tumor model of the mouse S180 sarcoma was established.Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups,the control group,the CTX group,the Gecko group.They were treated respectively with oral administration of saline,and intraperitoneal injection of CTX 100 mg/kg only one time,oral administration of Gecko in doses of 13.5,9,4.5 g/kg,one time a day.After 14 days,the anti-tumor activity was evaluated by tumor tissue weighing. The impact on immune organ was detected by accounting thymus index, spleen index and the number of peritoneal macrophage which phagocytose chicken red blood cells.The protein express of vascular endothelin growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor were detected by SABC immunohistochemistry.

方法建立移植瘤小鼠S180肉瘤模型，将50只雌鼠随机分为对照组、环磷酰胺组、壁虎高组、中组、低组共5组，分别给于生理盐水灌胃1次/d，CTX（100 mg/kg）腹腔注射1次，壁虎高、中、低组（13.5，9，4.5 g/kg），每天灌胃1次。14 d后，称取荷瘤小鼠瘤重、胸腺重、脾脏重，计算抑瘤率、胸腺指数、脾脏指数，观察腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡血红细胞实验指标；用SABC免疫组化法检测血管内皮生长因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的蛋白表达，TUNEL方法检测细胞凋亡率。

（1）Bullae of lung ruptured spontaneous pneumothorax is the best indication for VATS,which has the advantages of less trauma and ache,short operation time,quick recovery and small incision;（2）Recurrent unilateral spontaneous pneumothorax with contineous air leakage of 7 days after closed thoracic drainage,bilateral spontaneous pneumothorax should be treated by VATS;（3）Spontaneous pneumothorax with pleura adhesion can be treated by pneumonolysis and bullae of lung excision under thoracoscopy assisted small incision operation.

疗效满意。结论：（1）肺大泡破裂自发性气胸是胸腔镜手术最佳的适应证，与传统开胸手术相比，胸腔镜手术具有患者创伤小，手术时间短，术后疼痛轻，康复快，符合美容要求等特点；（2）反复发作的单侧自发性气胸，行胸腔闭式引流术后持续漏气7d，双侧自发性气胸，不论是否同时发作都可考虑胸腔镜手术治疗；（3）自发性气胸并胸膜粘连可用胸腔镜辅助小切口行粘连松解肺大泡切除术；（4）为减少一次性材料的消耗，降低手术成本，可辅助小切口使用常规胸科手术器械完成手术；（5）为减少术后复发率需行胸膜固定术。

Results The ponderal index of brain, thoracic gland and spleen and SOD activity are significantly decreased, while the MDA content increased (P.01) in D-galactose-induced subacute mice. Shouwu soft capsule can improve the ponderal index of brain, thoracic gland and spleen and the SOD activity in blood serum and brain tissue and reduce MDA content.

结果：D-半乳糖诱导的亚急性衰老小鼠脑、胸腺和脾的重量指数明显下降，SOD活性明显下降(P.01)，MDA含量明显提高(P.01)等衰老改变，首乌软胶囊能够提高亚急性衰老小鼠脑、胸腺和脾的重量指数，提高血清和脑组织中SOD(P.01)活性，降低MDA含量(P.01)。
