P1 BMSCs, P3 CCs, and P3 ADAS were implanted into collagen/hyaluronic acid scaffold at different concentrations of 10%, 20%, 50%, 80%, and 100%, and the cells were then three-dimensionally cultured in serum-free culture media. Two weeks later, SO staining and immunohistochemical staining were employed to observe the synthesis between of chondroitin sulfate and type II collagen.

取P1骨髓间充质干细胞，P3软骨细胞和P3脂肪源性成熟基质细胞种植入不同比例(10%，20%，50%，80%，100%)的胶原/透明质酸支架中，在无血清培养液中三维培养。2周后，用SO染色和免疫组织化学染色分析，观察硫酸软骨素和Ⅱ型胶原合成情况。

Objective: To study osteogenic capability of rabbit bone marrow stromal cells and biological characteristical identification in vitro in order to explore the appropriate methods of osteoblast culture in vitro and to select an idea source of seed cells for bone tissue engineer.

目的：研究兔骨髓基质细胞在体外培养条件下的成骨能力及生物学特性，探讨简便易行的成骨细胞体外培养方法，为组织工程选择理想的种子细胞来源。方法：取新西兰白兔骨髓液经离心后得骨髓单个核细胞，以1× 106／ml的细胞浓度进行培养，经传代培养，选择条件培养液培养(1640完全培养液中加入地塞米松10-8Smol／l，β-甘油磷酸钠10mmol／l，VitC 50μg／ml)作为骨髓基质细胞增殖和成骨的调节因子，通过倒置显微镜、HE染色、扫描电镜、碱磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase，ALP)测定、Ⅰ型胶原免疫组化染色和四环素荧光钙染色等手段对获得的细胞进行生物学特性研究。

Purposes: To observe intakes of 〓p-sodium-orthophosphate and 〓P-chromium- orthophosphate at various concentrations by brain gliomas cell; To make thorough inquiry of the inhibition to the SHG44 cell by 〓P-sodium-orthophosphate and 〓P-chromium-orthophosphate at various concentrations; To find out the regularities about the accumulation and elimination in the major organs of rats after inter-brain injection with 〓P-sodium-orthophosphate and 〓P-chromic-orthophosphate; To investigate the therapeutic effects of intert-injection with 〓p-chromium-orthophosphate on the neoplasia transplanted in the brain and hypoderma; To estimate the absorbed dose of the neoplasia body in rats after internal radiation; To study the pathological changes in the rat cells and tissues caused by the radiation exposure from 〓p.

目的：观察人脑胶质瘤SHG44细胞对不同浓度的〓P-磷酸钠和〓P-磷酸铬的摄取；探讨不同浓度〓p-磷酸钠和〓p-磷酸铬对SHG44细胞生长的抑制；揭示〓p-磷酸钠和〓p-磷酸铬在大鼠颅内注射在时全身主要脏器的蓄积与排除规律；观察〓p-磷酸铬大鼠颅内瘤体、皮下瘤体内注射的治疗效果；估算大鼠瘤体组织的吸收剂量；观察〓p照射引起的细胞及组织的病理学改变，为临床脑胶质瘤内照射治疗提供实验依据和吸收剂量计算方法。

RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The seeded cells had chondrogenesis in scaffolds under certain conditions.

结果与结论：种子细胞在三维支架中特定条件下有成软骨效应，骨髓间充质干细胞在含20%透明质酸的胶原/透明质酸支架扩增少于3代有成软骨效应，软骨细胞传代数更高仍然有成软骨效应，但脂肪源性成熟基质细胞成软骨效应能力较弱。

Postoperative pathological results revealed that 79 cases (86.8%) were low-grade gliomas, 4 cavernous hemangiomas, 4 anaplastic astrocytomas, 2 gliosis, 1 arteriovenous malformation, and 1 gliosarcoma.

术后病理结果示低级别胶质瘤79例(86.8%)，海绵状血管瘤4例，间变性星形细胞瘤4例，神经胶质增生2例，动静脉畸形1例，胶质肉瘤1例。

About 48%(90/194) were below 29 years of age. Ninety-nine of 194 cases had either radiotherapy alone or supplementary treatment with radiotherapy following surgery. We analyzed multiple prognostic factors. The factors of importance included postoperative radiotherapy; female in glioblastoma multiforme; the primary tumor dose above 5000 rads and/or whole brain irradiation in malignant astrocytoma and glioblastoma multiforme; the primary tumor dose above 4500 rads in ependymoma, medulloblastoma and oligodendroglioma; and spinal axis irradiation above 2000 rads in ependymoma and medulloblastoma that produced a better prognosis than in other groups.

The expression of PCNA mirrors the general rule of cell multiplication and differentiation of glioma. The decrease of the expression of PTEN may have very important effect on development and growth of glioma.

TIL of human glioma is of good ability of proliferation in vitro, and this can not be affected significantly by retrovirus-mediated TNF-α gene transduc- tion into it. TIL is suitable as carrier cells for lymphokine gene therapy of human glioma.
