The petroleum of BoHai bay is a kind of high gluey, asphaltum and viscosity crude oil. Its emulsion is very difficult to be broke, only less than high pour point and heavy crude oil. And it is always a serious problem to choose several good kinds of demulsifiers in the oil gathering process of BoHai bay.

渤海地区海上原油的特点是属于高胶质沥青质环烷基稠油，其所形成的原油乳状液是比较难处理的原油乳状液，它的脱水难度仅次于高凝稠油，其针对性破乳剂的选择一直是困扰生产的主要问题。

The results showed that the sludge settled properly at a influent BOD/P of 100/0.8. When the BOD/P was 100/0.6 and 100/0.3 respectively, an excessive growth of viscous Zoogloea with high moisture content was observed and non-filamentous bullring occurred. When the value of influent BOD/P was 100/0.4, more serious non-filamentous bulking occurred. Furthermore, under the condition of phosphorus deficiency the effect of microorganism on the nitrogen and phosphorus sources utilization rate were also studied in the experiments.

结果表明在进水中BOD/P为100/0.8以上的条件下，污泥的沉降性能良好；当进水中BOD/P分别为100/0.6和100/0.3时，出现高含水率的黏性菌胶团过量生长的现象，发生非丝状菌膨胀；在进水中BOD/P为100/0.4的条件下，发生更严重的非丝状菌膨胀，试验中还研究了磷缺乏条件下微生物对氮源和磷源利用率的变化。

The measurements of self-diffusion coefficient,spin-spin relaxation and interproton distance at 318 K suggest that N,N′-bis-α,ω- alkane propane diammonium dibromide (16-3-16) quasi-global micelles are formed in the dilute solution at a concentration of 0.26 mmol/L and the head groups are in a saw-toothed form staying at the surface of the micelle to overcome the strong electrostatic repulsion force.

Its hydrophilic groups is the inside carbonyl and amine base, and its lipophilic groups is the inside hydrocarbon chain and outer methyl. PAMAM of integral generation basically has not the surface activity. Its reason is that its outer groups is acylamino groups having very strong hydrophilicity so as not to reduce the surface tension of water. PAMAM different from traditional surfactant, have not critical micelle concentration, and exist in the form of "unimolecule micelle" in water.

结果表明：半代的PAMAM水溶液的表面活性与其分子具有两亲结构有关，亲水基团是内部的羰基和胺基，亲油基团是内部的碳氢链和外层的甲基；整代的PAMAM水溶液基本上没有表面活性，其原因是其最外层基团是酰胺基，亲水性很强，不能降低水的表面张力；树状大分子与传统的表面活性剂不同，不存在临界胶束浓度，在水中是以&单分子胶束&形式存在。

By studying reservoir rock characteristics, diagenesis and physical property, investigation showed that there were distributary channel, branch channel, mouth bar, distal bar, sand sheet, lakeshore, shallow lake and limestone flat . we concluded that the reservoir of N1～N21 is low porosity and permeability reservoir with the types of primary porosity and secondary intergranular porosity, which is in the early diagenetic stage B into the late diagenetic stage A subperiod. The role of effecting reservoir physical property is deposition, cementation, dissolution and tectonic rupture. After researching of reservoir, we divided it into three categories and division the favorable facies belt and relatively favorable. We think that the favorable facies belt is braided river delta front and partly shallow lake in east of the Fault Ⅶ. favorable reservoir is in the first and the second class.

进一步研究了本区碎屑岩储层的岩石学特征、成岩作用特征、物性特征，研究认为该区储集体类型有分流河道砂体、分支河道砂体、河口坝、远砂坝、席状砂砂体、滨湖砂滩、浅湖砂坝砂体及灰坪；N1层属于低孔、特低渗储层，孔隙类型以原生、次生粒间溶孔为主；分析了影响储层物性的因素主要为沉积作用、胶结作用、溶蚀作用和构造破裂作用；进行了储层评价与有利相带预测，将储层分为三类并划分了有利区带、较有利区带，认为Ⅶ号断层以东的辫状河三角洲前缘亚相和部分浅湖亚相是N1的有利储集相带，储层以Ⅰ、Ⅱ类为主。

一、借鉴测定液相扩散系数的膜池法，并基于对非稳态过程的数学分析，本文建立了测定凝胶中有效扩散系数的稳态流动法；设计了一种适用于支载高含水量强度较低的凝胶及固定化细胞类软性物质的成膜框架，改进了膜状软性物质厚度的测量方法，使实验易于进行，提高了重复性。

On the termination date, the cultured explants were all examined by Western blot, HE and transmission electron microscope. Our results showed that after 12-days in culture, the cultivation treated with AS-ODN reduced the synthesis of AMBN and had a deformed dental cusp with thinner enamel matrix. Ultrastructure analyses showed that there was hardly any cisternae of the rough endoplasmic reticulum in the ameloblasts at the tip of the cusp of AS-ODN treatedexplants. However, on average the enamel matrix was thinner compared with that in the control group. Furthermore, the collagen fibers in extracellular matrix were found disorganized. These findings seemed to provide a direct experimental evidence that tended to indicate that the arrested AMBN translation in cultured tooth germs might result in the delay of the tooth development.

经用Western蛋白印迹检测表明，所设计的反义核酸对AMBN InRNA具有良好的封闭效果并成功阻断了牙胚对AMBN的表达；在缺乏AMBN情况下，与对照组相比，实验组牙胚在体外可以继续生长发育至钟状晚期，出现成釉细胞和成牙本质细胞的分化，成釉细胞可以分化成为分泌期型成釉细胞，胞浆中缺少合成蛋白质所必需的粗面内质网和高尔基氏体，缺乏溶酶体，表明对蛋白合成和脚的能力降低；实验组牙胚有牙尖形成和基质分泌，但牙尖形态异常，基质形成减少，牙尖周围基质最厚处为O.6卜m，明显薄于对照组的5.spin，基质中胶原纤维粗细不等，排列稀疏， 3 第四军医大学硕士学位论文未见钙化现象，充分证明了AMBN在牙胚发育中参与釉质基质形成和矿化过程，影响胶原纤维和牙本质基质的合成，促进成釉细胞对蛋白质的合成和釉质基质蛋白降解。

Our results revealed that TGF-β1 at 1 ng/ml induced collagen deposition of HSC-T6 cells (145 ± 5 % of controls), and pre-exposure of cells to curcumin (1.25~10 μM) inhibited the stimulatory effect of TGF-β1 in a concentration-dependent manner. Curcumin (10 μM) significantly reduced the TGF-β1-induced collagen deposition (97 ± 7 % of controls) without cytotoxicity in the MTT assay .

我们的结果显示，1 ng/ml 浓度的TGF-β1可以有效地增加星状细胞对胶原蛋白的制造(达控制组的145 ± 5 %)，而在预先投予浓度范围为1.25~10 μM的姜黄素后可对TGF-β1引起的刺激反应产生浓度效应的抑制作用；姜黄素在浓度10 μM下可明显地抑制TGF-β1引起的胶原蛋白沉积(达控制组的97 ± 7 %)而不致产生细胞毒性。
