Methods Wistar rats of 6 months old were randomly divided into normal control groupand IR group. Each group had eight rats. Euglycemic insulin clamp technique was used to determine IR and glycose infusion rate was used to IR. Cardiocyte apoptosis was evaluated by TUNEL. Heart weight and body weight were measured to calculate HW/BW. Fine structure of heart and ultramicrostructure of cardiocyte were observed.

6月龄Wistar大鼠，分为正常对照组和IR组，正常血糖胰岛素钳夹技术测定各组大鼠IR，葡萄糖输注速率表示IR情况；测量大鼠心脏重量和体重并计算心脏重量与体重之比；原位末端酶标记法检测各组大鼠心肌细胞凋亡情况；观察心脏微细结构和心肌细胞超微结构；免疫组化检测心脏间质Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原水平。

Objective: To explore the effects of Gymnadenia conopsea alcohol extract on the collagen synthesis in rat lungs exposed to silica and the influence on antioxidase activities, level of lipid peroxidation.

Four weeks after operation, a large quantity of rosy newly formed bone and green bone trabecula were showed in the BG-COL-PS-HYA group. At week 12, scaffold materials was substituted by new bone tissues basically, and Haversian system was visible. Eight weeks after operation, the results of X-ray film revealed that cortical bone was fully connected.

Methods 90 Sprague-Daw rats were divided into sham-operative group, ICH model group and ginkgo therapy group. Every group divided 6h, 12h, 24h, 72h and 7d. Collagenase type Ⅶ with heparinize was infused into the right caudate nucleus to establish rat experimental ICH model.

Then the tissue and blood samples were obtained and measured.Result: In the muscovite group,restored mucosa thickness increased,cystically dilated glands decreased,microvessels in connective tissue increased,the secretion of mucus,hexosamine, PGE2,EGF,bFGF were enhanced,and the express of EGFR was stronger.

结果：经云母治疗后，大鼠再生黏膜厚度增加、囊状扩张腺体数目减少，肉芽组织炎症细胞浸润数量减少、微血管数量增加、胶原面积增加，黏膜中性黏液和氨基己糖分泌增多，血浆PGE2，EGF分泌增多，免疫组化染色中黏膜局部EGFR，bFGF阳性细胞表达增强。

Results: The lower ulcer index and increased ulcer inhibition rate were observed in OME and OME + TEP groups. In TEP and OME + TEP groups, restored mucosa thickness increased, cystically dilated glands decreased, microvessels in connective tissue increased, the secretion of mucus, hexosamine, PGE2, bFGF were enhanced, the expression of EGFR was increased.

替普瑞酮组和联合治疗组大鼠再生黏膜厚度增加、囊状扩张腺体数目减少，肉芽组织炎症细胞浸润数量减少、令微血管数量增加、胶原面积增加，黏膜中性黏液和氨基己糖分泌增多，血浆PGE2分泌增多，免疫组化染色中黏膜局部EGFR、bFGF阳性细胞表达增强。

Endothelial cells were obtained by methods of perfusion/digestion and histiocytic attachment. The cultured methods can provide abound seed cells for clinical application in vitro.

胶原酶消化法和组织块贴壁法都可获得血管内皮细胞，可为临床研究提供大量的种子细胞。

Methods: The human endothelial cells of umbilical vein and rat microvascular endothelial cells were obtained by methods of perfusion/digestion and histiocytic attachment using typeⅠcollagenase (0.1%). The morphologic characteristics of endothelial cells were observed under inverted microscope.

采用0.1%Ⅰ型胶原酶消化灌注法和组织块贴壁法分别获得人脐静脉内皮细胞和大鼠微血管内皮细胞，每天在倒置相差显微镜下进行观察，并用免疫荧光法分别进行鉴定。
