The ligamentous scaffold material were made from the PVA fibers by braiding technique. The mechanical properties of the scaffold materials were measured using the electronic materials testing machine. Human ACL cells were isolated and cultured by tissue explant and collagenase digestion methods, the morphous characteristics of cells and the secretion of collagen protein were measured.
