This article reviewed ten recent non-operation therapeutic methods of SAP,such as pancreas rest therapy,depilating microcirculation,eliminating toxic and harmful material (cytokines,inflammatory factor,pancreatic amylase),blood purification,inducing apoptosis,anti-infection,nutritional support,regional arterial perfusion,endoscopic therapy and Chinese medicine,so that non-operation therapy of SAP can be used in successful treatment of SAP.

本文就胰腺休息疗法，疏通微循环，清除细胞因子、炎性介质、胰酶等有毒有害物质，血液净化、诱导细胞凋亡、抗感染、营养支持、区域性动脉灌注、内镜治疗和中药治疗等方面的进展进行总结，探讨重症急性胰腺炎的非手术治疗，提高该病的救治成功率。

Many factors such as pancreatic enzyme, polymorphonuclear neutrophil, oxygen free radical, cytokine, microcirculatory disturbance, complement, kinin, NO and ET play an important role in the pathogenesis of SAP by interacting with each other.

胰酶、中性粒细胞、氧自由基、细胞因子、微循环障碍、补体系统、激肽、一氧化氮以及内皮素等因素，通过彼此的相互作用和影响，在SAP发病机制中起着十分重要的作用。

Cells from a human lens epithelial cell line(SRA01/04) were cultured in vitro till confluenced.
