Diabetes is a integrated disease caused by many interacted factors which lead to the turbulence of the glucose, amino acid and the lipid metabolism, due to the lack of insulin hyposecretion or insulin cells metabolism limitation. Its basic characteristic is the abnormal rise of the glucose content in the blood circulation.

结果 定位诊断：3例行超声造影，检出2例(66.7%)；3例行胰腺薄层螺旋CT动态实时增强扫描，均获检出(100%)；2例选择性动脉钙刺激静脉采血测定胰岛素，均获检出，但其中1例定位不准确(50%)；4例行术中超声+手术探查，均获检出(100%)。

These results indicate that stimulative effect of substance P might be due to shortening of the time course of inexcitable state of the voltage-dependent Ca2〓 channel.
